location is great. near good restaurants and shopping. also very close to the station.

I don’t like to stay in the small rooms in the back. The showers are too small and awkward to get into.

The room was quiet, beds comfortable, and the air con easy to use. It was possible to open the window at night. The staff were delightful. The position of the hotel was excellent for what we wanted to do in London It was also convenient for nearby eating and drinking places when we wanted to venture out. A lovely comfortable hotel.

We booked a twin room. Mother and daughter happy to share a room, but not a bed. The beds were placed together, and we were told that as they were individual beds, this counted as twin. No twin rooms available. However, it was very easy for us to separate the two beds and put a bedside table in between. Making a twin room. Staff could recognise that this might be required. We also asked for larger cups, or mugs for our English tea, rather than the tiny coffee cups in the bedrooms. But these two suggestions did not spoil our stay, which was very enjoyable.

The hotel was in a quiet area, close to sloan square train station, 2 minutes walk. it was pleasnt to walk aroudn the area and it was clean and not to busy,

The only problem we had was the water pressure in the shower, a bit on the low side, but other than that, I cant complain

Unbeatable location, Sloane square station is a 1 minute walk from the hotel, very safe and clean area. Staff were very friendly and helpful, very quiet and peaceful. Beds were clean and comfortable.

The bathroom could do with a facelift, as the ceiling panels were loose. The amenities provided(shower gel/shampoo) weren’t great, as they were refill bottles that were mostly water. The small double room is very small, and not much space for suitcases to be open unless on the bed. No major issues and would stay there again if I wanted to stay in that location.

I liked how central the hotel is from everything I needed, the modes of transport are easily accessible be it underground, bus or Uber. Theres also lots to see see and explore around Sloane Square from high end establishments to departments to their lovely market just a walk away from the hotel.

I didn't like the breakfast at the hotel, I think for an establishment of that nature and for the prestige feel the hotel gives, serving a cold breakfast leaves much to be desired. I would rather stay at the hotel but not pay for breakfast. I also encourage the staff members to clean the snacks in the room. As clean as the rooms are its the small things that can be extremely off putting, having dust on your crisps is extremely disappointing.

Proper teacups are needed! You can't make a cup of tea in an espresso mug!! Room was very small given the amount paid for it!

A very nice hotel, attentive and very lovely staff also, a superb restaurant. I would not hesitate to stay here again. I slept really well... eventually.

The bathroom, while fully functional, was long overdue a light refurb, as there were many minor issues. Also, the cleanliness of the room was below par. I was in room 108, which is next door to a function room. Where they partied until 12:30am, so no peace for me until then... In addition, the sockets at either side of the bed did not work, and neither did the wall mounted bedside lamps.

The team on the front desk were fantastic ensuring our stay was as good as it could possibly be, quickly resolving any issues that we raised with them. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet being away from the road, which is what we wanted. The restaurant was excellent in every way possible, from the moment we entered to be greeted by the friendly and attentive team with swift service. There was a good selection to choose from and the food was delicious, main course and dessert and the wine complemented the meal making for a vey enjoyable evening.

The room was as small as I'd been informed it would be but it didn't have any outlook making it quite gloomy and depressing.
