My family a I loved the indoor pool. The water temperate was excellent. Also, the room size was nice and the beds confort was good. The playroom was a good entertainment for my toddler boy. The Air Hokey table was good, we enjoy it a lot

I didn't use the safe box for my wallet during cleaning and lost 100 USD. So, use it when you come here. I will come again taking more care of my personal belongings.

The property in general is ok, a standard 3 star hotel. Far from being a 4 star. Reception area is basic but it has plenty of space around. Temperature/ fever is taken at the reception desk with a very obsolete measuring machine. Parking is available, in the premises and out on the street. It is a very peacful road no traffic at all. Location is good, one block from the seaside.

Special sanitary measures due Covid 19 are very scarce. At reception entry a basic alcohol gel on a table and nothing else. Cleanliness of the entire reception area is not up to a 4* hotel. Tables in the area are dirty, papers on the floor. At check in, despite providing your credit card, hotel charges for stay in advance, this is not usual for a supposed to be 4* hotel. Regularily credit card is blocked for the amount of nights to be used and a 10% additional for extras. Key cards for the room are already rerereused for the same room and Not even sanitized. On arrival at booked Superior room, air conditioning/ heating is an obsolete piece of machinery coming to pieces, noisy and should have been replaced ages ago. Bathroom/toilette is ok, recently refurbished, but the tub which includes a jacuzzi is disconnected. Outdoor swimming pools, not in use at this time of the year, were dirty, with papers, gum and other items at the bottom of the pool. The heated pool is really small and though due to protocol sanitary measure for covid 19 it allows up to 6 people, the entire area looks so shabby and lacking cleanliness, that we decided not to use those premises. Breakfast the first day was the worst service I have experienced in a long time. I understand it was a long weekend and the hotel had a relatively high occupancy, but the disorganization was tremendous, since buffet breakfasts have changed to continental ones due protocols for covid 19. Actual cafeteria staff was down to 1 person, but since the hotel is short staffed, they brought in 2 room cleaning assitants, one handy man who takes care of the plumbing and electricity at the hotel and 1 of the 2 receptionists, to assist with the breakfast service, people who have no idea of food and beverage. However, how hard can it be to serve 2 coffees, and a basket with 2 pieces of cold toast, 2 scones and 1 packet of biscuits. Well breakfast seemed to last forever.

The quality of the hotel services and facilities is more of a basic 3 star hotel than a 4. I think is the worst 4 star hotel I’ve ever been. The price - although I went in high season - is no good value for money. I had to work a couple of days and Internet was poor. Shower pressure was bad. The heated pool was very dirty and with mold. The gym was unusable. 3 old machines
