Everything! This place is my favorite! The rooms have great views from legit every single room. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The cleaning staff is amazing and the staff in the bar/grill area is unmatched! I truly can not wait to go back. Mahi bites at the bar are a must. We also saw a shooting star off the benches facing the beach! Even if you do not eat at the restaurant on Friday, you can see the fire show that they have! Tons of parking and adorable cats! The mattress was very comfortable and the light up beds are fun!

The only improvement I would suggest is the front desk staff. When we first arrived I actually thought this maybe a bust because how rude they were at the front desk. We had to check in twice and it was a bit messy.

From the moment we checked in the young man behind the counter was so sweet. We came for my birthday vacation and everyone was so kind! Unfortunately we were here as Tropical Storm Fiona blew in “literally” 9/16 was my birthday and the cute young lady with dreads made sure we got to dinner and back with no problem! This was my 1st visit to St. Croix and it won’t be my last. The room was quaint, basic, and clean. Very simple resort that can use a bit of TLC. But I truly enjoyed it and can’t wait to see the upgrades they are planning to make! The egg chair was my favorite thing in our room

Our entire family, 22 of us, stayed at Pyramid Point, a beautiful estate which, as I understand it, is now part of the Tamarind Reef Resort. A new owner's crew worked night and day to update the property before our arrival. While there were still a few updates still be done when we were there, I am confident that our most gracious host has now taken care of them. The property is gorgeous and only 2.5 miles from downtown Christiansted. With three large bedrooms in the main house, and two smaller two-bedroom houses as well as a smaller studio-type house with a king bed and foldout sofa, the property is perfect for small weddings and family reunions. We had a glorious time!

Beautiful, clean, fun, amazing and wonderful staff. We cannot wait to come back for our next stay! From Shelly and Kimmy at the front desk who were the nicest, most helpful when it came to accomadate us tourists. They both really made us feel right at home. The beaches are so clean with crystal clear water. The waters ports were such a great feature. Brenda was so informative and helpful with any questions on where to go or to see snorkeling wise. She was so awesome with all her great conversation and tips around this beautiful resort and island. The Deep End bar and grill was fantastic!! Great food, fun entertainment and the staff was second to none. See Nisha at the bar, Lani, and Audry just to name a few for great food, drinks, tips and great fun hanging around chatting it up on what to do and see. The chefs worked around our shellfish allergies without hesitation. Just amazing! This Resort in a lot of ways has it all, so you don't even have to leave if you don't want to. There's a Marina attached for great fishing trips, tours, and a delicious fine dining restaurant at the end. We are already planning our next visit and we can't say enough about how fantastic our vacation was due to the fantastic people who work at Tamarind Reef Resort. They all made our trip that much better just by being the wonderful people they are!

Absolutely nothing. I just hope the staff are very well taken care of working here.

Large ocean front rooms with lounging deck for great views and relaxing surf sounds from the reef out front. Great restaurant with a variety of nightly local entertainment that is fun and enjoyed by many, so make reservations to ensure seating. Entertainment does not interfere with your nightly rest as it ends at appropriate times. Great hotel manager, restaurant, and entertainment managers.

We experienced no negatives at this hotel. Great hotel to enjoy your Island stay.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Bartenders were amazing. And the cooking staff was great.

Location is a little far from conveniences

Convenient to snorkeling every day. Free breakfast. Clean room and NO bugs or ants inside. Free kayak use and noodle use. Great views.

The resort reminded us of the charm that resorts had a few decades ago in the Keys or Captiva island had before they poured a whole lot of money into those resorts. Also, our patio tile had black mold on it and I slipped and fell.

the room was clean and spacious with gorgeous views of the sea, the amenities on the property were plentiful- and included several free options like kayaks, paddle boards, and snorkel equipment, the beach cabanas were incredible with nice views, hammocks surrounded the beach for ultimate relaxation, both the beach bar and restaurant at the marina were amazing and the front desk staff was kind, helpful, and informative! We also thought the free roaming iguanas were awesome! There was a great snorkeling reef right off the beach. I would recommend water shoes! This resort is a great price point, is family friendly, and has some really awesome activities scheduled each day of the week if you’re interested in them! We went to the Caribbean night with the fire dancers and it did not disappoint! If you’re thinking about staying here— do it!

Property was beautiful. Liked the seclusion of the property and how it was tucked away on the beach.

Advertised as “all inclusive.” This is not the case. Do not go here expecting to sit on the beach and have everything you need at an arms length. There was a restaurant and bar on the property. The food was good. The beach was pretty but you could not get into the water because of the rocks and sea urchins. Do your research. Shower door in the bathroom leaked and left standing ester in the floor after quick shower. No mirror in the room. Not a huge deal but mad it a little difficult if you were trying to see yourself. Wife did not like the no mirror. Staff were excellent! Just was going expecting something that it was not as it was advertised.

Five plus stars! The staff was so kind, friendly and super helpful. We were so dispairing after a miserable night at an AWFUL Airbnb, we found a restful haven here. Jessie was so welcoming and made us feel like family. Lala was beyond exceptional with ensuring our room/stay was well sanitized and stocked. And the day we checked out, Kimmie ensured we knew of the best places on the island to visit AND after we checked out and got a flat tire later that day, she let maintenance know we needed help…AND maintenance team was so helpful, kind and friendly. What a dream team! Those are just a few of the reasons to book here. Other reasons include…. Excellent room sanitation, wonderful air conditioning(a MUST for island life), STUNNING views of the ocean, a wonderful restaurant, Deep End bar and grill (be sure to ask for Laci. She is an excellent server and knowledgeable about the island). Oh, and of course there is a gorgeous pool overlooking the ocean and happily nestled between the bar/grill. We are forever thankful for this priceless haven.
