Everything was perfect. I was able to choose which floor I preferred. The room was nice and spacious and clean. My family was very comfortable during our stay here. WE LOVED IT. My husband left some important property in the room and after contacting the service desk they safely stored our property and communicated next steps without a hassle. Definitely will be staying here again. ALL STAFF was super friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great location and near many restaurants and not far from stores and shopping areas.

My husband went to get extra towels and waited approximately 10 minutes as no one was at the front desk. Others clearly had been waiting longer to no avail. I had to return 20 minutes or so later to get what we needed after he got frustrated with the wait and no communication regarding a workers whereabouts.

Very clean. I liked that there was gym, pool, bar and on site laundry. Staff was present and attentive unlike some other hotels I’ve stayed at recently. Loved that there was a mirror in front of the desk and the closet. Having a fridge and microwave is nice.

Everyone says the breakfast is great but my pancakes were stale. Almost like they were reheated from the day prior. For $10 I could’ve went somewhere with better coffee and more selection. Also don’t know if this was only my room but no tub, just a stand up shower. The tv in the room wasn’t a smart tv so I couldn’t login to any streaming services.

The staff was excellent, establishment was clean,and very well kept.....food was very well prepared, and the cook was skilled ,ever meal can out to perfection

There was some mold around the tub/shower. Coffee made with machine in room was undrinkable.

The rooms were fairly clean. Full sized pillows. Everything in the room worked. The room was large.

At no time was there ever a human in the lobby. OK, once, when I checked in, but only for that brief minute. No one works the front desk. It is eerie. The mattress on the bed was horrible with weird lumps and deep divots at the headboard. The towels are on a rack over the back of the shower. The walls of the shower could use a deep cleaning.

We have stayed 3 times at this place I love how friendly the staff is and how very clean it is. The food is also very good.

The breakfast and server were great , no complaints .

We were pleased with the hotel and staff and do not feel that things could have been made better .

Had to ask for towels.No sign where to find ice machine. Sign not big enough at street to location. Carpet needed vacuuming near elevators.
