Location, lack of noise, comfortable room, breakfast

One of the 2 elevators was out of order. The wait time was longer because of this. There was no hot food at breakfast at first, the desk clerk had to tell a person in the kitchen that more food needed to be brought out. There were a lot of people down for breakfast then, though. There was a pretty large spill as you were leaving the lobby/breakfast area that wasn't cleaned up for quite a few minutes.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was exceptional, especially a woman named Kay who worked in the food service area. She treated everyone like family and made us feel at home. She went out of her way to speak to my son who has special needs, which is very rare in the world. She's a gem.

The pool wasn't as clean as it usually is. Could be because there were drunk people poolside frying shrimp

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Like that it was not too crowded with guests. Like that it was nice and quiet while we were there. Good location very close to the beach and restaurant. Overall a pretty decent Hotel to stay at.

The elevator was slow and the number 4 on the elevator didn't work well and we were on the fourth floor, most of the time we had to push another button to get the button to work so ended up stopping at the 3rd floor to get the button to work to get to our floor. I wish breakfast ended at 10am just so you could sleep in and not be rushed to get down there so ended up not eating the breakfast there. When we opened up to our hotel room when we arrived it smelled a little like old mop water was used to clean the floors so we had to spray some perfume to make it smell better. Just a recommendation to make sure the house keeping is using fresh clean water or maybe the mop head needed to be changed out.

Front desk team. Outstanding ladies that helped me with so many questions and situations. If I needed anything, they had the answer or knew where to get the answer. Breakfast was ok everyday and only a few times it seemed like the delivery truck had not arrived to help them out. They worked with what they had and made it work out for everyone. Location is central if you're doing business or on leisure time.

Only a few days the trash wasn't taken out of the room. For some reason, the hot water would take ~5 minutes to get there. It was warm for that time, but not hot unless you let it run. Was kind of surprised by that.

it was a nice hotel the only drawback was that the room was not clean there was food left on the floor from the previous person that stayed there no I did not complain I was there for a wedding in and it I left it at that but other than that the hotel was okay they was working on the road and that was a little distracting but other than that I had a good time

The staff was professional, accommodating, and personable! The bed was comfy and clean. Felt like I was sleeping in my personal bed. It was clean but did not have the overwhelming bleach smell. The room was in immaculate condition. The breakfast consisted of a variety of cereals, biscuits and gravy, various types of sausages, yogurts, delicious muffins, cinnamon rolls that tasted home made, pancake maker, oatmeal with all sorts of toppings, omelets, scrambled eggs, bread for toasting.

Loved it, very clean! When walking in I did not even see anyone at the front desk then he popped up from around his computer. He told me no rooms were available so I went on booking.com and I was able to reserve a room while standing there. The breakfast lady’s were very nice and sang happy Father’s Day to all the dads. I would only suggest having the person at the front desk stand to greet people when they walk up to the counter. Other than that we loved our stay!

Breakfast was great had a lot to choose from wish they had waffles instead of the little pancake maker. Location were alright just a lot of construction. Room and hotel were clean and family friendly front desk was exceptional the houseman was exceptional and my husband love that a bar was right next door .

The lady in the kitchen were a little snappy.A lot of construction was going on so it was hard to get in and out at times.

Lady at front desk was very helpful.

TV needs replacing!!! My reservations were made by a booking agency, the motel charge me $40.00 in case I wanted to charge to my room..... which I didn't use, but when I checked out the deposit was never refunded. I paid on my debit card to Holiday Inn. The lady at front desk said my receipt would be emailed from the booking agency. I received the email but the $40.00 was not on the receipt.

The lady working the breakfast room or kitchen was very unfriendly. Appeared that she did not like her job at all. The juice machine did not work, they ran out of bottle water made no effort to accommodate the issues.
