It was clean and well kept. Easy access to everything we needed.

Noisy neighbors. People with 5-6 trucks all parked in backwards and hung out by their trucks. We had to deal with them at night and the next morning they were outside our door running their trucks and our room got flooded with the smell of their exhaust fumes. It was awful, finally my husband had to go yell at them. They left shortly after, it was an awful thing to wake up to. It’s not the hotels fault… just morons.

Breakfast was okay, area was safe and secure, across the street from a mall and a couple of restaurants. Room was great! Shower was awesome.

Stayed there to go to an Alabama football game, thought I would save myself a few hundred dollars a night by staying in Jasper. Although a good idea on paper, the winding, single lane road to Tuscaloosa was a bit problematic.

The bed was really comfortable. We only stopped for one night and really didn't pay much attention to the facilities so I don't feel comfortable saying much more. We were traveling to attend the funeral of a much loved sibling. Went across the street for dinner and returned to fall fast asleep. We grabbed a cup of their very good coffee and was on our way.

The tub was only set up for showers. No way to seal the tub for a bath.

SureStay was clean & the bed was comfortable. It was in an area that felt safe. Those are the 2 things most important to me when choosing somewhere to stay. The staff at checkin & checkout were both professional & friendly. The price was good & no problem with reservation through Booking.com.

Not really a negative for me, but may be useful for other travelers. I had prepared to pay the $100 cash deposit & they had just recently switched to putting that on hold on a card. It was released at checkout without any complications.

This is a clean basic hotel. No frills, decent parking, quiet location, centrally located and easy to reach.

Non-sugared oatmeal, and non-sugared plain yoghurt weren't available. The cereal options all had sugar as a top ingredient.

Has been completely remodeled, all new flooring, bathrooms, counters, furniture, very comfy sleep. Has coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. Being from Cordova I was very surprised by the changes. I am familiar with Best Western and how clean they are ran, so decided to give it a try. Glad we did and we will use them again!!!

Stairwell is in center of building so walking a pet or even going to your car from the 2nd floor rooms is tiring. Our room was very clean, on the far end of top floor, but the doorway into the room had a spiderweb across the door. Everything else was perfect!

The location is convenient, check-in was quick and cheerful (I was prepared for the required $100 deposit). There was a good amount of space in the room. The facility looks nearly new.

One of our two rooms hadn't gotten completely cleaned. The whole floor was dirty/gritty, and the tub had not been cleaned. There were stains on one of the sheets. Also, the bathroom door didn't close all the way (problem with the hinge). The breakfast was minimal.

I loved the cleanliness . Very roomy, staff excellent, Enjoyable stay. Thank you I will be back. Very close to my son and fathers house perfect. ❤️

Only thing I didn’t like is I wanted a bath and they had to stoppers for tub. Had to go buy one. Each room need ones.❤️

Couldn't turn the ac lower than 72 so the room was a little warm for me but we were just happy to sleep. Also my deposit still isn't back on my card and we definitely didn't mess up our room

The beds were extremely comfortable and I would like to know the brand and model of the bed. Please send to [email protected]. The room had everything we needed and was clean.

The juice machine did not work and the waffle machine was missing because it too was broken…disappointing.
