We've stayed here several times before because we really like the fact that every room has a Gulf view. Also the location is great because we ride our bikes right from the hotel.

Usually everything is great except this time our room was not up to par because we had to ask for several items to be replenished in our room after the cleaning service had come. There was no toilet paper, tissues were out, bath gel was empty, shampoo was very low, there was just 1 washcloth (2 people staying in room); there were no plastic cups or liner for the ice cube bucket, no tea bags, the bathroom floor was not vacuumed or cleaned, the carpet was not vacuumed, there were 2 used A/C filters sitting out on the A/C unit.

We got there a few hours before to confirm reservations and Booking did not let me down, they had everything in order. I asked Ms. Jones if we could use the facilities and she said of course. She took my number and said she'd call when the room was ready. I told her my wife and I were there to mourn our 31st anniversary. She thought that was funny. Well, no sooner than we had gotten back out to the car and we got a call saying the room was ready. Then we went back and checked in for a great two day getaway.

The pillows were feather and way too soft for me but I made do. Next time I'll bring my own. Also, the balcony provided a great view of the pool and ocean, I couldn't stay out there too long because the air conditioning was blowing very warm air.

Everything was great. No complaints. Service, facility, faculty, location, Everything was top notch.

Nothing wasn't likable... about the motel or staff. Weather was nice when we arrived.. and turned out to be rainy and cool by time we were leaving..but all and all was great stay for us.

Really loved the hotel, the style was very nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed having the restaurant available. The food was delicious.The location was excellent.

We completely enjoyed our stay and everything was wonderful but the only minor things that we wished were different was the pool closes too early at night, housekeeping forgot to leave us toilet paper, shower gel and coffee supplies. And the pillows were not the best, they were so thin and not supportive at all. Everything else was just great.

- breakfast: quality wasn’t great and would have preferred buffet style - noise between connected rooms: thankfully our wonderful staff at front desk moved us after we informed them the noise was disturbing us - laundry service for guests: washer and dryer didn’t work and charge to use

I loved how central located the property is . I walked to eat 2 nights. Ice cream across street. I don't drink but the grill on the property was great. The pool area Was clean. The beach access was easy to get to. Watching the fireworks was unbelievable from the beach.

There nothing I didn't like. Rooms were clean. Service was great. Food was great. Front desk was very helpful. Jackie suggested several places To eat. I tried them all. They were all amazing.

Updated bathrooms. Housekeeping was exceptional. Every time we came in there were people cleaning. The place had a beautiful tropical smell. Rooms were very clean and everything worked. Comfortable beds. The front desk staff were happy and friendly. This location is steps from the beach and close to everything. It was quiet. They had live music some nights. Parking was semi- private. Anything you needed they provided same day or immediately. Kept room stocked with bottled waters and the balcony was clean. Highly recommend. Bar drinks were very expensive, too expensive. A small salad was $12 (grocery store container) to include breakfast it was $15 per person per day and was definitely not worth it. The tea from the starbucks in the lobby was a mix, not fresh. Pool needed to be cleaned. It was clear but had slime around the edges and lots of matter in the water. Beach chairs and umbrella rental was $40 a day. They were free for guests at our last resort. Take your own shampoo and body wash: theirs is high quality -Crabtree & evelyn- but smells like a wood burning stove.

It was close to the beach and all rooms faced the Gulf. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the air conditioner breaking down and they were able to move us to another room.

We normally go to all inclusive and was surprised there was no complimentary breakfast or free chairs on the beach for the guest.

The front desk lady was so nice and helpful. I had also forgot my key inside my room and she didn’t hesitate to give me another one so I could get in my room. My microwave went out and the maintenance man brought a new one right up to our room and set it up. Very nice and clean hotel. Would definitely stay again.

The smell in the hall way was funky. I think it needs to be shampooed

Gorgeous unobstructed view of beautiful water and amazing white sand beach. Wonderful to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view and listening to the waves. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Walk in shower with the best water pressure I've ever experienced at a hotel. Very nice towels. Bathroom was clean; big mirror; brightly lit. Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and lotion all provided. Microwave and refrigerator in the room. Didn't use the pool, but it appeared to be very nice. Didn't take advantage of it, but there were frozen pizzas etc in the cooler by Starbucks. Would be nice if someone wanted to get one to microwave in the room for lunch rather than leaving the beach for a meal.

Difficult to catch anyone working in the restaurant; the food was ok but somewhat pricey. $60 for a chef salad, burger, fries and a drink. Refrigerator in the room didn't keep water & sodas cold, only cool. Neighbors next door with SCREAMING kids, so very little sleep. Boardwalk to get to the beach was a little short, so it was quite a slog through the sand to get down to the beach.
