Room was huge and well lit and beautiful
The lobby and exterior could use some work. One of the towels in my room (folded and in bathroom ready to use) was severely stained. I took it to check out and requested she toss it out. Had to tighten the toilet seat. No biggie there though. Was very noisy outside quite early. Location is crammed in with other hotels and businesses. Not the hotel's Gault for outside noises though so good stay overall

My favorite part of the trip was having my pets with me
Some of the staff were kind of just just blah like the overnight guy wouldn't let my boyfriend into the hotel when he went out to smoke a cigarette during the night. It was ridiculous. I was taking a shower and he was trying to call me so I would come let him in and I didn't hear him so he was stuck outside for like 45 minutes.

The front desk was so inviting the man that checked us in was went above and beyond to get us parked get us to our room what a wonderful place
That there was no ice machines on the floors the elevators a little bit slow and we were on the third floor

Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff was helping and very friendly.
No computer chair and no vending machine snacks. Only snacks were at the front desk.

This was outstanding value for the $. It was clean and had a cool style. The night check in was best staff I've had at a Red Roof Inn this trip. He asked me if I wanted to sign up for the Redicard program, which I did. I wish someone at the first of 7 Red Roof Inns I'd stayed at on this trip had asked me to do that because apparently I can't get credit for those trips now!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable.

The room was recently remodeled and it looks very nice and clean 👍🏾👍🏾❤️❤️.
The only problem is the one way into building n out not good incase of an emergency

Very nice the floor wasnt mopped but everything else was clean no roaches the light didn't work in between the beds but the hotel is under construction..no fridge in the room.
I am for sure I put non smoking on check in but I got a smoking room and it wasn't a issue but you can smell the smoke from other rooms it...you couldn't tell at first
