My 2nd time staying at this hotel (not my last, i will stay here again) I was very happy from the start, i was offered a choice of room location/floor. The rooms are such a great size, that helps a lot when you have 3 or 4 kids. Staff is so very friendly and I love that they have real housekeeping (this is rare now). Woke up late on the 3rd day so ran last minute to the breakfast but they left the door open for me and made sure we had a full breakfast. Again, the pool clean and warm and was my kids favorite part. I loved the smiling and super nice staff the most - in the end regardless of what the building may offer, it is the staff makes the stay either great or horrible and this place has been great both times.

No real complaints, even with the fire alarm going off (management responded quickly and took time to talk with me afterwards - very appreciative of her humble and responsive demeanor). Other guests were super helpful too - a HUGE "Thank you!!!" to the woman who gave my daughter her coat to keep warm as we ran out "as is" and froze a bit. Perhaps she was just a super nice woman or perhaps the friendliness of the staff made everyone extra nice, who knows?! I chose to think she is a true Christian and I am so very grateful for her caring heart!

I liked everything. Especially the pool. My kids had a blast and we basically had it to ourselves the 3 days we were there which was awesome. Staff was nice.. DALLAS deserves a raise. That man was awesome since the moment we checked in! Making conversation with me and my kids.. letting us know if we needed anything to let him know. Awesome dude! Besides that.. rooms were comfortable.. And liked the fact that there was a back door we could use which made it easier to come and go as the elevator was RIGHT THERE.

Didn't like the fact that I woke up this morning with red itchy bumps all over my back and stomach. I did notice itching on day 2. But it wasn't until today I noticed rash like bumps all over. I'm guessing the bedding or the pool water. Kids were fine. Don't think it was bed bugs. This is different. Also the constant running back and forth from kids outside my door was a little annoying. Especially late at night..

Great place to stay, close to bus routes and Mid-town services. The room was very comfortable with kitchenette and facilities. Breakfasts were fantastic - selfserve and a lovely area to eat and relax while watching morning tv.

Apartments cleaned every four days, so perhaps they could leave more bin bags for regular disposal and cups to last that long.

Location was good, room was a good size and clean. The staff was friendly. The beds where comfortable. The water pressure and temperature in the shower where super!! Decent breakfast options

The TV was centered between the beds and nowhere near the couch. It was crowded with children so therfore couldn't enjoy the hot tub. The pillows where too soft, even the "firm" that I asked for specially.

Lots of options, something for everyone. Clean and constantly replenished. Very nice staff.

Pool was smaller than expected so wasn't my fav when there were many kids but the hours are 7am to 11pm so we went back during the quiet time. Staff cleaned the whole pool area and refreshed the water. They kept the water warm. Still very nice

The staff were excellent, friendly, very attentive to your needs especially the manager. The lady manager helped us where to go places in Anchorage, also south and north side of Alaska. Rental car is a must in Alaska in order to visit far places like to see Glacier up close. The hotel is walking distance to Walmart and nearby restaurants. The room has a big sofa, with separate mini kitchen space with sink, table, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Love the rooms.

I love that there's free buffet breakfast served but it's should be different variety not same food served everyday for our 6 days stay. The breakfast is good though.

I love the location the remodeled jacuzzi and the shuttle to the airport was on point! The added bonus was the Whole Staff Yazzi Ashley and her Office Crew, the housekeeper and the Driver to the airport!! My rest was just what I needed

I didn’t like that I couldn’t take a shower or wash my face upon my checkout I was also overcharged I was quoted $140 and paid about $180 a day

Great breakfast, as always. The Marriott breakfast is worth the the extra money spent on the room. Night clerks were very nice and recommended a place to get good seafood.

Morning desk clerk was rude. My elderly mother went down to the lobby at 6:45 (she thought breakfast was at 6:30) to get some coffee. She asked the clerk when coffee would be available and instead of telling her that breakfast was at 7, he rudely told her "when breakfast is served." In addition, I called for housekeeping and was rudely told to come down and get what I needed. I get that COVID-19 protocols are in place, but there is absolutely no need to be rude about it. Perhaps the clerk is in the wrong job for his temperament.

The hotel was very quite, the staff was super friendly. Their buffet breakfast was very good and had so many choices. The rooms were large and clean. The location was great and easy to get around. The shuttle service was excellent even coming in early in the morning.

The pool was not working but they did offer to bring you to another hotel.

The breakfast for seven days was horrible. Everyday except to the weekends you would get something different. I understand we are still under covid 19, but it was not amazing. Bagels and cream cheese was the best. There was maybe 1 or 2 front desk employee that was nice and tried to help. There was one that when asked to have an orange before a hike, was told that the breakfast was closed (rudely) as they were still putting items away. Thank goodness for the Walmart and Uber! No transportation from hotel to local places.

Breakfast and I did not like coming back to the hotel and finding others by my room door drink alcohol. I did not like that I had to request towels everyday for 4 people. We were responsible for the clean and removal of dirty towels for a week. The one day that they were asked to clean the room the bed were not made properly. I would rethink this hotel again. Also, I was under the impression that I would get points for my 7 night stay, but I was corrected that since I booked through a 3rd party I would not receive none. Disappointed!
