Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the woman who attended to the breakfast bar was extremely nice and accommodating. The pool area was nice but the umbrellas do not open and it was 105 degrees but it was still nice.

A traditional k cup coffee pot would be nice and a vending machine on one of the floors would have been nice as well.

Great location and easy access to the freeway. Lobby was beautiful and the staff was exceptional. Room was wonderful and super comfortable.

Our only complaint was the restroom was enclosed by a barn door that lit up the entire room at night. The faucet in the bathroom was loose and the card key quit working the next morning. Both of them.

I didn’t like that the room didn’t have a trash can besides a tiny one under the desk. the restroom didn’t have a trash can . & the tv remote wouldn’t work good , also no good channels to watch. so we used YouTube & what not. also my partner got there paid the deposit of $40. he only got back $20 of it .

The room was very spacious and the couch has a pullout trundle bed so very handy for kids. The bathroom was nice and the room was really nice

I don’t have anything negative to say about the hotel except that it was close enough to the interstate that you could hear traffic at night but it wasn’t really loud

Location was very convenient and the room was very comfortable and laid out well. I like that the bath area isn’t right as you come into the suite.

Pricing for all hotels has gone up considerably where the room service has gone down. I remember when checking in that the front desk manager did say that room service was not as it had been in the past but I stayed 4 days and did not receive room service at all. It wasn’t until I checked out that I noticed a sign saying that room service (cleaning and fresh towels) was only provided upon request.

Staff was helpful, pretty quiet location. Even though near freeway, we barely heard the traffic.

Comforter had small stain spots and furniture was chipped. Felt very compact in rm.

I really liked the size of the room nad the comfort of the beds. The hotel was alsovery well located for the purpose of my trip to Arizona. I also liked the morning breakfast options.

We did not have soap or body wash in our room and the sink was clogged. This was all taken care of during our stay.

Price, location and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice and clean.

The AC unit was very loud and the reading lights on the bed didn't work. The breakfast could have been better, I was surprised to see Jimmy Dean microwave breakfast sandwiches.

Location was great! Definitely booking again with this hotel in October again.

When I was checking in the front desk guy was on the phone and the bartender couldn’t help since he didn’t know how to check me in and luckily had a nicer gentleman check me in

Breakfast was wonderful. Didn’tlike that pool was not heated for kids.

Booked through booking.com and had trouble when I got to hotel. Showed my confirmation but hotel wanted to charge $200.00 more. It was a very big hassle after a long drive with children.
