This was my second time staying here, the fist time stuff nock at my room door at 2 am about a broken glass thinking i did it, cámaras proves it was like that before i ocúpate the room, this last time again they knock at my door at 2:30 am they apologize because they nock at the wrong room about someone been smoking inside a room, both time i travel with my wife and my granddaughter she was 15 months old the first time this last she was 18 months

everything was as promised except the cleanliness.

I had to clean the counter in the closet area and the bathroom. I didn't have anything to clean with so used Kleenex's. When I was getting ready for bed I put my hand on the counter and it came up covered in bits of dust, dirt and pieces of crumbs. It was not cleaned with a damp cloth, much less a cleaning agent. The Kleenex was grey with dust and dirt and small particles. Very unnerving in the light of the cleaning standards for Covid 19. Definitely clearly not to the standards asked for by the CDC. It made an other wise clean looking room scary as to what else was not cleaned properly??? I almost took pics of how dirty the kleenex was, but thought I will trust you will handle it appropriately with your cleaning staff to correct the situation.

The location was great, near Banner Children's just where we needed to be. Check-in was nice, front desk manager was very friendly and accommodated my request for a ground floor room. Every area I had contact with was very clean. Close to quite a few restaurants and Walmart is just down the road for last minute needs.

Lighting in the parking lot was kinda sketchy, especially behind the building where the door closest to our room was. Also, although the back door required a key for entry, someone kept jamming a luggage cart in it to hold it open at random hours.

Easy check in. Room was generally clean with coffee cups etc. TV screen was small but we were there to rest n not watch tv. Two adults only two sets of towels. Had a room safe but had no need to use. Had a micro n fridge but didn't use either. QUIET AND SAFE LOCATION. Had an elevator which is very helpful. Beds were clean n comfy, as were pillows. Hot breakfast area was under construction. Coffee, yogurt, juices, granola bars, individually packed boiled eggs n danish was for breakfast. Would be nice if instant oatmeal, milk and some fresh fruit was available. Sufficient for a quick breakfast. 👍🏾 Will stay again if in area for business. Restaurants not far but not walking distance. We were there to basically sleep, shower n move on. 👍🏾

Check in and check out was easy and the desk hosts were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, pet friendly vinyl plank flooring, and easy access to the exit door. Had plenty of outlets for electronics. Their pet policy is strict, but not unfair. It appears to be enforced due to our clean room, no room damage, along with the outside area being well maintained and no poop laying around.

When I reserved the room through booking.com, it did not mention paying extra for my pets. I was not aware of the pet charge + tax until I signed in at the hotel. It would have been niced to have known about extra charges when I reserved the room.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Room was good, beds were good. There was a gym and we could sit by the pool, relax and read a book nearby the pool. Staff was very friendly.

Booking.com advertized with 'Including Breakfast'. And the hotel itself informed that there was "a Breakfast by grab&go". But this was very poor. In The second day Breakfast consisted of a snack (candybar) and a muffin with coffee/thee/oranje juice. We went outside for a yoghurt with granola.

The room was clean, simple & comfortable. We stayed a couple of nights due to a lack of room at family's homes. I actually looked forward to the second evening because of the privacy and quiet it provided.

The breakfast was very meager. More & better options would have made the stay even better. There was also some remodeling going on that mildly diminished our experience. BUT, we appreciated the effort to keep the hotel updated & the facilities attractive. Thus, this issue really did not affect our stay.

Close to where we need to be. Staff are friendly especially the guy who checked us in. Free coffee / tea / water at the lobby. Very Comfy beds, clean towel with amenities Room was very big and spacious. Has coffee maker, microwave, and fridge AC was working very well. Beddings were comfy as well. Value for money was not bad. $95 for a king room was very good.

When we arrived in the room, there was plastic inside the toilet. Pillows SHOULD be improved. Please change them. 1 whole in the bed sheet but didnt really bother me. We could here delivery trucks from the window but not really loud. It was okay for us. Breakfast could be improved.

The entire experience was super from check-in to checkout we will definitely make this our go to place when visiting from now on

That there was no breakfast, although the listing said it was included. They do apparently have room service options however but we didn't use them so it's uncertain if that is true

We were able to have our rooms close together and having the interconnecting rooms for my sister and her kids helped greatly. Also needing more towels was no issue for the staff. All of them were very pleasant and nice.

Our room door (#304) was a little tricky. Sometimes it would lock or it wouldn't and sometimes the knob looked like it was broken because it wouldn't return to it's upright position.
