The hotel was better then expected. Very large clean rooms. Bed mattress fully wrapped, no bed bug worries. Rooms do adjoin with a door. The have microwave, small fridge, and K cup coffee maker in the rooms. In Some of the reviews it mentioned the train. There is a train but we did not need ear plugs it was fine. There were 9 of us we had 3 rooms and stayed 2 nights. The food at the restaurant was very good, service was great. We tried the pizza, wings, hamburgers and fries, chicken strips, chicken wrap, taco salad, Hualapai ( spoken with a W sound not an H Sound) fry bread tacos, fried pickles ( they have a little spicy kick to them.) They do charge a 50 dollar deposit for incidentals that is refunded to your card after the stay. The pool and jacuzzi are well heated. There is a Gym.

This hotel is not near the Grand Canyon Skywalk. It is a 2 hour drive from here. It is hard to find a number to call them directly.

We liked that it had a restaurant and mini market nearby where we got food for breakfast and heated up in our room’s microwave at 4 am before the drive to start the hike. I prefer a softer bed but it was fine. The shower was hot and the room was clean. Our room faced the road and we could hear the train but it didn’t bother us or keep us awake.

At check in the hotel didn’t have our reservation and said it had a room booked for us in September then blamed Booking.com for the mistake. Luckily they weren’t completely booked and got us a room but it scared me as there’s no where else nearby to stay last minute. Also we originally booked a king room and they gave us two queens. The room was really dark with a few bulbs burned out. Overall the place was fine especially for being in the middle of nowhere just don’t have high expectations.

The hotel is in a great location for accessing the white water rafting and other tours to Grand Canyon West or as a stop over on the way back to Las Vegas. It is a standard type of motel/hotel in this region. Rooms have fridges and microwaves. Wifi is good. There is a restaurant onsite. Easy parking. There is a great upstairs lounge area where we were able to relax when our tour was cancelled due to guest "no shows". The tour company is affiliated to the hotel and they handled this difficulty well, offering a refund - though we are yet to receive this.

In the 2 bedded rooms - there is very little space around the beds and the chair that is placed in the room is so squashed that it is not an area to relax in, so it might as well be removed. The desk is also quite cramped. The check in staff are not unfriendly, but they are not proactive in their customer service in any way. Service in the restaurant is polite but slow. Finally the trains are VERY noisy, even though there is fair warning. They do provide ear plugs but that does not help. There is some noise through the connecting doors too - and as people get up very early for tours it can be disturbing.

The beds were comfortable, the shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water, and the televisions were modern and big. It was the perfect location for the river raft tour, which is the only reason we stayed there.

The food onsite was pretty bad, not to mention the service at the hotel restaurant was abominable. We would not have eaten there, but there was no place else within 30 minutes to eat. The breakfast buffet was OK, but not included in the cost. The rooms were definitely over priced. Everyone in service seemed annoyed. Maybe it was a difference in culture? I don’t know, but they did not seem friendly.

We stayed here the night before our hike to Havasu falls so having the restaurant in the hotel was great! We were able to eat a great meal the night before our hike!

The only reason we have it an 8 was the train that ran constantly. It did seem to quiet down in the middle of the night but it seemed like it ran every 15-30 minutes which was hard to ignore when you were trying to sleep. The front desk did provide ear plugs to help with this which was nice.

This is a very nice hotel on Route 66, managed by native Americans. Very comfortable rooms. The swimming pool was great - it had slightly salty water that was very enjoyable. Zero chlorine - very unusual for the US. Also, the tap water did not stink of chlorine like in most other places in the US.

The freight trains pass by the hotel in only about 50 meters, with very much noise. The staff even distributes ear plugs so that you can sleep. But we had luck that our room was facing the other side.

The location is perfect, especially if your trip includes visiting the Havasu Falls. It's an ideal place to stay the night before heading to the falls. We enjoyed a refreshing shower and delicious burgers at their restaurant. The staff was incredibly friendly, making our stay even more pleasant. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed to prepare for our hike. Overall, we were very happy with our stay, and my family was equally satisfied.

The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The lodge was able to provide adjacent/connecting rooms at the front of the building as requested to minimize noise. Service at the restaurant was friendly and efficient and dinner was tasty (especially the frybread!). It was a pleasant stay and provided a nice start to our Grand Canyon adventure.

Noise from train horns was frequent but we were placed in rooms near the front of the building which lessened the disturbance during the night.

The charging. The room was paid on booking.com. The lodge still hold the credit card and request authorize $50 deposit at check-in. Then when check-out, they requested authorization of the balance of the room rate. It is very confusion by seeing the credit alart and wonder if they arr going to be charged later. Have to monitor the credit card statement to be sure that it is not actually charged. If it is, the credit card holder may not noticed. That is a bad process of the Lodge. On the other hand , booking.com did not given an option on paying at property this time. I may miss it. Otherwise, booking.com should provide this option.

We stayed both nights before and after making our hike down to Supi to visit the falls. The Lodge is kept scrupulously clean, well- lit, has comfortable beds and bedding, mini- fridge, desk, bathroom with bath, good water-pressure, plenty of warm water, towels, large screen TV, cable service, etc. The staff were courteous. When we had difficulty with our TV they sent someone promptly to take care of it. There is a gift shop near the registration desk carrying T- shirts and native-themed items ( no postcards though) and a cafe attached. They offered no vegan or vegetarian options though, so we didn’t eat there. Across the road from the Lodge is a nice small market where we bought snacks and such, and there is a gas station with rates competitive with the nearby towns. In all, we found the experience very pleasant.

The check in is at 3 and seems fairly inflexible. when we arrived on our return from the canyon at 2 I would really have appreciated being able to get right in to take a shower! The front desk did make an effort to get our room ready and we were able to check in about 15 minutes before 3, which was much appreciated. Obviously, there’s a train track that passes just behind the property, and it was often passing through at night when we stayed. It did not disturb our sleep much but if you are a light sleeper take some of the earplugs distributed free at the check-in desk. No vegan-friendly option at the cafe, or we would have tried it.
