We had the Studio for a week and it was very clean and there were thoughtful touches especially in the kitchen. It was very convenient and we were able to cook most of our meals with all the available utensils and pots and pans. Bed was comfy and the location also close to the freeway

When we tried the toaster, it smelled like it was burning. We weren't sure if it was faulty wiring, but should definitely get that checked. Also wish there were more garbage bags and dryer sheets available under the sink. I think they should also consider adding a spatula to their cooking implements as well. Personal preference, but the pillows were uneven. Some were firm and others were floppy.

- Convenient Happy Valley location - In-room washer/dryer and dishwasher add home-like convenience - Comfortable bed ensures good rest - Good quality TV setup - Efficient air conditioning - Helpful, friendly staff - Several dining options within walking distance or short drive (Lobster, Mexican, Culver's) - Free parking - Generally quiet atmosphere (neighbor-dependent)

- AC unit is notably loud - Limited walkability in the surrounding neighborhood - Rates can be on the higher side - Area isn't particularly pedestrian-friendly - WiFi not reliable— several times when it did not support video conferencing

Really nice place and very clean. We only stayed 2 nights but this would be a great place for extended stays. Washer/dryer in the room! Also a full kitchen. Staff was very friendly.

The property is in north Phoenix, so a bit far from downtown. Also, beware, I paid for the reservation on booking.com a few days ahead of our stay, only to find out after returning home that the hotel charged our credit card AGAIN for the stay upon checkout. I tried to resolve the problem via email, but got no response. When I called the hotel and explained, the lady I talked to resolved the problem and issued a refund, but I wonder if this happens a lot and people don't realize?

Everything was wonderful. Full size appliances including W/D stackable. Cleanliness, staff, quiet, pet friendly facility.

I was a little disappointed that the pool was not cleaned until the day before I left. I felt that there should have been more staff help. I felt that the BBQs should have been cleaned. John was great but I felt he needed more staff to help clean, assist the guest/tenants with their needs and check in. I did see more staff the Monday before I left, and I was a little upset that he was left alone with no other staff.

Room was nice, layout out well, with many amenities such as a full size refrigerator, stove top, utensils, knives, plates, shower with glass doors, comfortable bed, and a TV with many pay channels included. And unusual for a hotel, the lighting was bright enough to easily see. Also, it is important to note that the heating/cooling system worked very well and we were not cold at night. There were no surprise charges that some hotels are doing these days, such as resort or parking fees. Parking was crowded but available and free.

I was a little surprised that there was a $100 refundable fee which I presume was for any theft or unexpected room damage, but this was fully refunded. There were no sit-down restaurants close by, but they were available an easy 3 miles away so this was not too bad.

Very comfortable! Especially liked the coffee/hot chocolate bar.

I was a bit upset to receive an email that I had to check in by midnight. I intentionally booked my room in North Phoenix to minimize my drive home to Prescott the next day. I arrived in the valley to early to check in and had an event in Queen Creek. It was going to be a late check in, however since I prepaid it should have been available at my convenience to check in. I called and questioned the check in time frame and they extended it to 2am. The attendant was short with me questioning “the email”and she said it was common practice to have a check In time or loose it. I have been traveling for years and never heard of this policy. If that is your hotel policy, please disclose that statement when booking and or at least with confirmation.

The staff is excellent and hands on. My only complaint is one or two can be a little loud in discussing credit issues.

The only two complaints I have will be the broken glass soap holder in #425 shower. The glass needs to be tilted up and tighten so shampoo and body products don’t fall. Also, the shower tray sounds like it’s about to cave in. Other than that it’s still the best extended stay in Phoenix.

Loved the spotless building, furnished studio, full size laundry (washer, dryer in the suite) and all the amenities (well equipped and air conditioned exercise room, BBQs and private outdoor pool. Especially the free WIFI, complimentary coffee, cappuccino...etc. and teas in the comfortable public lounge area (with a varied lending library). Dishes, cutlery and cookware were very useful and loved that the fridge had an icemaker. It was also lovely that dish soap, laundry soap and dryer fabric sheets were also provided free of charge. Snacks, small selection of microwavable meals and drinks were also available for purchase in the lobby. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

One very small thing is that instead of a cheese grater we only had a mini zester to grate cheese (it worked). Also the vegetable peeler was broken and the concierge could not locate a replacement nor find a cheese grater. Otherwise a wonderful place and we would stay again.

This aparthotel was excellent. They didn't offer breakfast, but had a hotsy-totsy coffee machine in the lobby that dispensed a good number of options, loved it! as well as a very nice sitting area. The studio-apartment was very well appointed, I'll highlight the full kitchen, the washer/drier combo, the walk in shower and the very comfy bed. Also we found two courtesy bottles of water in the refrigerator. We have a kid starting vet school in Glendale and we plan on staying in WaterWalk every time we visit.

Nothing to dislike.

The condo was very modern, clean, and good size for 2 people. The bed was comfortable. The fire pits outside were great to relax in the evening. The barbeques were new, clean and in good working order. The 24 hour coffee machine was much appreciated.

The kitchen, although very nice with lots of cupboards lacked some basics. Not enough dishes, glasses and basic utensils ie. spatula. A little far from stores and restaurants.
