I wasn’t aware that it was more like a motel but it was actually nice and more convenient for packing and unpacking. when I got there they had us on the 2nd floor. I explained that we could not be on that floor because my husband is handicapped. I didn’t list that because if they had an elevator it would not have been an issue. they kindly moved us to the 1st floor.

when they moved us to the other room they failed to put us in for 2 nights.

Location is great. Motel is quite and shielded from excess traffic noise due to the way it is built. Restaurant next door is very good and is an easy walk. Cleanliness is excellent. Staff is efficient and helpful. The motel is located within a block of a forest trailhead which is both easy and beautiful. One can walk to the trailhead and go for a very lovely forest walk.

The breakfast was very good and the "new" method of serving guests for some of the items was a great idea. Too many people are inconsiderate and irresponsible and usually leave a mess. This method is more organized and cleaner. Also, I had few "neighbors" and my stay was quieter than usual.

I did not eat breakfast at the hotel this time around, but have during past stays and it was always good. The hotel location is a little off the beaten path for walking, but everything is within a short drive.

I have stayed here several times over the years and it seems the rooms on the front desk side are more up to date than the rooms on the other side. Room was very clean, but does need a good amount of updating.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the A/C worked great. The room was clean and well-stocked and there was ample parking right near the room.

I wish the room was a little more updated with usb ports and more outlets. The bathroom was quite small but served my purpose just fine.

With myRude Monday morning desk/ server for the breakfast next time I will stay somewhere else and pay for dennys iff I wasnt with my grandsons. I would have asked what his attitude was about.other then that I always pick bw 1st.

Breakfast was exceptional and location was convenient.

The people below us had a barking dog, although he was quiet at night. Just annoying barking during the day.

After staying in motel 6 in medford, or that cost $104.00 and had nothing, the room was bare and no breakfast. It was a wonderful surprise how good Best Western in Pinetop, Az was.

Even with the heat on the room was cold.

Did not have breakfast there. We go right across the ways to the Picnic Basket. We really enjoy the location as my wife and I love Woodland lake park. Plus we can bring our pets. Big plus.

There is nothing to dislike. Everything there is great. Staff is always courteous. Rooms are always clean. Only thing negative to say is the walls are not very soundproof. Easy to hear next room.

Room was clean, plenty of towels, and the heater worked very well.

Not enough outlets to plug in electronic devices. No outlets to plug in cell phone on the nightstands.
