It was a pleasant all in one. Honestly this would have been a bad review but the staff made it an exccedingly acceptable place. Eagles Nest restaurant is amazing. I was impressed by the live music! The staff were so attentive. Joseph our waiter with amazing facial hair was so fantastic. The casino was eh and the TV was broken.

The TV broke but was easily fixed and the vending machines were unreliable. So what, it is an inconvenience but it was still a nice stay. The view of the room was amazing, the staff was superb, the prices were unbeatable!

Our room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Our view of the mountains off the balcony was very nice. This resort has all the things we wanted for our stay.

The linen exchange was a little weird. The housekeepers do not come in your room, so you leave your dirty towels in a bag just outside your door. We did that on the 2nd day and their was some miscommunication in the housekeeping department so we didn't get our clean towels until Saturday morning but that was it. Everything else was great.

I like how spacious the rooms were. I got a room and the balcony had a nice view. It was beautiful. The restrooms were nice. Beds were very comfy. Had closets big enough.

The receptionist didn't explain what the hotel offered, like a pool, spa, fitness, food, or a shuttle. I had to go around myself. No one was at the reception table. I rang the bell twice. The receptionist wasn't very welcoming. The rooms also need better TVs and remotes had a difficulty, so I just had to keep it on one channel. No option of smart TV could have watched Netflix instead of the cable. Also, I think they need to upgrade to a keurig coffee machine, I made a mess with the coffee bag ground. Also, I could even add a microwave and fridge so I could warm up food I didn't finish.

Clean comfortable rooms

The cashier had an issue with my credit card at check in, he said the card didn’t go through, we used another card. In the meantime I got a notification from American Express my card indeed went through and was approved. The cashier did credit the other credit card. I just didn’t like the fact that you had an issues running the card and somehow made us feel like the problem was ours. This is a common occurrence now blame the customer, instead of owning the problem and fixing it. I wonder how many other guests this has happened to, didn’t catch it and paid twice .

Guest service staff was very welcoming. The lobby was pleasant and it was convenient to get to our rooms. There were trollies, although they are in need of paint. This too made it easy to get to our room. There was a community display of gingerbread houses, that was cute. Some displays were quite excellent while others were works in progress. Which, in my opinion, was also excellent because they were made by less skilled people. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a suite, which in my opinion was not well arranged. The refrigerator was set off in a corner and not convenient to the sinks. The couch in the seating room was cold hard faux leather. It was not comfortable. If it were up to me, I'd do a bit of rearranging to make the seating area more efficient.

Location and value. The male bartender working lobby bar during the week (a vet) was excellent.

They take $50 deposit every day you’re there whether you use a bank debit card or a Discover credit card! The light was out over the sink, and they were never able to repair it in 5-6 days. The young girl bartending the lobby bar was unfriendly. One evening I arrived 30 minutes before closing (8:30 or 9:30) but she was in full clean up mode, and the first thing she said to me was “We’re closing very soon.” I never saw her smile then or the next 30 minutes.

The view from our room was amazing! We woke up to a beautiful rain , hotel location is perfect, cozy andnostalgic, great staff, lots to do at the hotel. Everyone coming to Prescott needs to experience it at least once.

I woke up freezing at 2:00 a.m. the first night due to no blanket on the bed and the room air conditioning unit blowing out cold air. I tried to turn up the heat but the unit must have have been set so the heat can’t come on due to the season. It was hard to find a blanket but finally found one in the front room, unfortunately the blanket was very scratchy but I used it anyway. Granted during the day the air conditioning needed to be on but during the night the temperature in Prescott drops plus a storm come in that dropped the outside temp even more. The second night was fine.

The room was pretty spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the views were incredible. They had a band playing the night we stayed and it was pretty busy and lively. They also offered a shuttle to the little casino down the road. I was most surprised that there was a casino attached to the hotel so that made for a fun night. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again.

The property was up on a hill with spectacular views. We could lay in bed and watch the mountains and clouds casting shadows on the mountains. We took advantage of the pool and jacuzzi. The staff was fabulous. Casino on site was a bonus, and we had options for on-site dining. We will stay here again next time we travel to Prescott.

Pool was indoor, and it was 95 degrees outside.

Love the location of the resort, the views are beautiful. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. It is clean and comfortable

The lack of power outlets in the room, there was no outlets by the bed, I have a bipap machine that needs to be plugged in, also we had to charge our phones in the bathroom! If only they could put bedside lamps in the room with power outlets built in! Breakfast was very good but not impressed with the food in the bar area!
