Great location, wonderful staff especially at the restaurant and gift shop. Delicious food, drinks and great gift shop onsite.

We wanted an extra night and the front desk was not helpful in getting the night added. The first desk person said they had it all set, but I received a message about checking out for the first night from booking.com, and when I checked with the front desk to make sure the 2nd night was added they said they didn’t show it. Instead of them adding it through their system, I had to go back in the booking site to secure it. It was a confusing mess.

Wow! The room is incredible. I was initially looking for a hotel with a good value for the room, I didn't need a fancy setup - but I was not expecting this to be the nicest hotel of my entire stay. I still don't understand how their prices can be so low for everything you are getting. I've paid significantly more for other hotels that didn't feel near as nice. The room was huge, one of the biggest I've seen, and the ceilings being twenty feet high made the room feel even MORE open. It felt genuinely clean, and there was no chemical or smoke smell at all. No surfaces were sticky, and the carpet did not have crumbs or feel slimy (you know that feeling of a carpet that needs shampooing). The linens smelled clean but not like chemicals. I'm not sure if all the rooms have a huge bathroom by default, or if we were given an accessible room, but the bathroom was SO big. What caught my eye is how wide the door is for the bathroom, you could fit even the biggest of wheelchairs in there with plenty of room on each side to spare. The room heated and cooled quicky, and the unit didn't have any visible dust piled up in it - it looked new. Actually everything in the room looked very new, from the microwave, the furniture, TV (which is huge), patio setup, etc. The best surprise was the balcony. It was huge and felt so private but open at the same time. I continue to rave about this hotel experience to everyone, it was truly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. I don't splurge on hotels, I go where I can find a good deal for an okay stay - this was far far more than "okay". I was blown away by this room. The location is right off the highway, but it's quiet and you feel safe walking to your car at night. I didn't see any suspicious people lurking about, and the area is right up the road from the Grand Canyon. I would highly recommend this place and will be staying here again.

Since it was icy we opted to eat at the attached restaurant - be warned there is a limited menu which is highly overpriced. If we were comfortable driving on black ice we would have left. We watched other tables sit down, take one look at the menu prices and leave. Even one waitress commented to another after the customers left, "it was the prices wasn't it". I've never paid that much for a mediocre meal in my life, but we truly felt cornered and didn't feel comfortable driving elsewhere. Bring your own food, or stop and get something on the way if you can. The restaurant is not the way to go.

First really luxury hotel we have found in our travels. Proper trained staff who treated us as guests So easy to get into Grand Canyon park and have a comfortable experience at the same time. Beautiful entrance lobby. Fantastic choice of breakfast buffet with excellent quality foods and drinks - fresh fruit, cereals, choc chip pancakes, French toast. Proper mugs and glasses for drinks comfortable beds and the restaurant is cheaper than local restaurants with better service

Internet patchy but for the location we can forgive that. Also guest internet not secure

The room was spacious - although I was on the ground floor and very close by the reception area/pool/gym so the view was limited (view on the parking in front of the hotel), it was actually very quiet and very handy to leave swiftly super early in the morning for a super early hike in to the Grand Canyon park. I didn't not use the breakfast or dinner facilities.

The reception staff was very busy so there was a decent waiting time before checking in. Equally trying to get an answer to a question by calling the front desk/reception later in the evening (and then ended up walking there as it was so close by) was virtually impossible as there was no staff (called elsewhere). In the end I tried to call 30mins later and got an answer. Extra information as of April 2023, I overheard that they do not serve breakfast, you need to walk across the road to have a breakfast in a different place.

Nicely located for exploring the Grand Canyon! The pool and spa were a perfect way to unwind after a day of hiking. We were able to get a roll away bed to accommodate our family of 5. And if you forgot to buy a souvenir, the on-site gift shop has a selection of some items also found in the park. Or head down the street to the Trading Post for a larger selection of most of the things for sale inside the park.

The ice machine on our floor was broken but this was a very minor inconvenience. The machines on other levels were working.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming in the hotel and bar. I had forgotten my uk plug adapter and they managed to find me a spare. They answered all the questions we had and check in was easy. The hotel was lovely and suited our needs perfectly. We enjoyed having a drink on the balcony watching the sunset and was glad we upgraded to this room. Even tho it was -18 through the night our room was very warm and comfortable. We used the jacuzzi and and found this a nice touch. This hotel made our trip to the grand canyon even more special.

It would have been nice for the hotel to have a breakfast package but this didn’t affect our stay as there is places in the village to eat.

The room was comfortable. The wifi worked well. I was able to check in early, which I appreciated after a long drive. The restaurant fish was excellent, the dessert was average. Overall a good location and a great hotel.

The only issue I had with the hotel was that the hallway specifically outside of our room was a little too hot for our personal taste, however, I did notice that others did not seem to have that issue.

I love all inclusive hotels. By that I mean, room, restaurant and bar! The room had a nice coffee station with liquid creamers! Real water glasses and coffee mugs! Restaurant is rustic and beautiful! Bar rustic well done. Restaurant was an oasis from the busy Grand Canyon Park. Actually abandoned our last night on the rim stay, so we could stay here and dine in a one of a kind beautiful environment. Staff all over were very accommodating. Dinner was delish! Salad bountiful! Truly appreciated the Grand Hotel. It was grand!

Nothing!

This is a really nice cozy hotel with good facilities. An excellent restaurant for dinner. Small indoor pool and a hot tub. Easy parking and plenty of other restaurants and shops within walking distance. National Park entrance is just a few minutes drive, but be sure to get there early; later in the day, the queues were stretching up to Tusayan general store.

We were here at Christmas time and they didn’t have breakfast available at the hotel. Not sure how it was on Christmas morning itself since we arrived that day. Luckily, in the evening the hotel restaurant was open because all the other places were closed. But it’s just this one day. On the 26th everything was open in the neighbourhood again.

This seemed to be the best, out of park, best hotel option when looking and it didn’t let us down. we felt like we were in a Hallmark movie the Christmas decor and friendly staff in every area. I will say, we are at a different restaurant, outside the hotel as the reviews on the restaurant are not good BUT we did stop in and get a drink and the decor and staff in bar/dinning couldn’t of been more welcoming and attentive to our family. suggestion would be to get the food reviews up and this place would be a no brainer for everyone to eat and stay at during their stay at the Grand Canyon.
