Location

The bathroom sink faucet is clogged, only allowing 4 little jet streams of water to come out, if you turn the water up any, it got all over the place. Also, the refrigerator was stuck on high, causing everything to freeze, tried to turn it down, but the knob was stuck. The comforter had stains on it, so they had probably not washed it, just reused it, and didn’t see the stains.

Very clean! And for it’s location, it’s quiet! My family and I have stayed there multiple times now and have never been let down!!

The location, the restaurant adjoining the hotel, and the parking lot! The parking spaces do not accommodate a full sized truck! Especially if it is 4 doors!

Did like the breakfast. The location was good for me . Close to all areas I wanted to see and where I wanted to go.

Really could not think of bad thing to say bout hotel. The hotel was clean and quiet at night.

It was clean. Rust on the sconces of the bathroom and a few other tie bits to still touch up, but clean sheets and room in general.

food choice at restaurant was a little limited, but ok in general. need to cook the bacon a bit more.

The facility from the time we pulled into the parking lot looked welcoming! It appeared to look like it was a new facility! I could not believe how inviting it was! I walked into the lobby and was welcomed by the staff even though they were waiting on other customers. When it was my turn to check in it was a warm and inviting HELLO! and very warm experience. A voucher was given for the connected restaurant for our breakfast the next morning. This is something a lot of motels should learn from! The food was absolutely delicious! Hot! And great! The facilities were clean, quiet, and room was warm and beds comfortable and I slept like a baby! WE WILL BE BACK!!!

Stayed three days, but did not get room service (linen change).

it was nice and clean. the indoor pool was nice and big and best of all heated!

I wish there where more maps to see where things were located

Overall, the hotel and room were pretty good.

There was something splattered on the wall and the mirror in the entryway. Dirty/used washcloth on the shower curtain pole.

The friendly customer service, the location, and the amenities. We had a great time staying here!
