Things I appreciated about my room: *comfortable bed and chairs including a recliner *organized well with lots of space/shelves to organize our things *very quiet *wall mounted dispensers for soap, lotion, shampoo, & conditioner *lots of electrical outlets *very large desk area *small, furnished kitchen *the air unit functioned correctly and distributed clean-smelling air *very clean

Of our three days of traveling, this was the best hotel that we found. It was comfortable, quiet, clean. It was everything a weary traveler could ask for. The room smelled clean, which is more than I can say for the other two hotel rooms we stayed in. The staff was lovely and personable. We will definitely stay here again if we end up in El Dorado!

I don't think there is anything we didn't like. It was that great of a stay.

the property was clean and well maintained everything was in working order and the ac in the rooms work fantastically which when it’s 90+ outside is a huge bonus! the water pressure was good in the bathroom and I can tell the site has a great manager because nothing was out of place or wrong with this location, also the staff where so friendly and kind at the front desk, the room really felt like a home away from home and made out vacation so much more enjoyable, plus you can’t beat having a full stocked kitchenette with a full sized fridge in it and a full sized dishwasher plus a two eye cook top!

beds are a little too firm for my liking so you may need some extra pillows, and like I said the ac in the room are VERY effective so you may also need extra blankets

Everything about this property was clean and orderly. The room was very spacious and the room temp was just right. The staff was courteous and helpful. We didn’t know where to eat, so the concierge had a list of restaurants that was helpful.

I missed having a breakfast but I know it was spelled out in the description, I just should have realized that wasn’t what I was booking.

That it was handicap accessible. And very friendly staff from top to bottom Made my stay feel welcomed.

Improvements on the roll in shower. Water went every where but was able to clean it up

It’s was clean and the surrounding area was decent.

Before getting there it the neighborhood looked questionable it starts to look better after you pass the expressway.

It is pet friendly, clean, quiet, easy to find. Free coffee. They have kitchen & nice long counter/desk area in each room. Other cooking appliances are available in the lobby as well as games & books.

No breakfast

Very clean… great location… beds were very comfy…..rooms are big… the coffee machine in the lobby needs lots of work… it is just nasty…. The coffee provided in the room for the coffee pot…. It’s just as bad…. other than that we will stay again…. I will bring my own coffee and filters.

The hotel was centrally located. The hotel was very nice, with spacious and clean rooms.

My 2 complaints are 1st when checking in the young lady could not find my booking.com reservation. 2nd the thermostat was confusing.

The room was nice however the air kept cutting off while we were sleeping. I also was charged twice for my room even though I had pre-paid for my room. This is still pending with the hotel staff.
