The location was great. Staci was very great. All the staff was very friendly and courtesy. The landscape (outside itself) was very clean and stayed that way the whole visit. The lobby area was very very clean, and that to stayed that way the whole visit. They had cookies for you at checkin if you like that. The room was very very clean. It's very seldom you see a hotel with very clean hallways and elevators but this hotel does. Omg!! I just can not express enough how clean this hotel was.

The pool was very very nasty, and I feel like since it was that nasty it should have stayed covered. The lady that worked the kitchen Saturday morning wasn't rude, but she was not welcoming either. Went to breakfast at 8am and everything was cold, and for the price, that should have not been the case. Ok i get the sausage being cold because of the microwave but i personally would've/could've waited 5mins for a warm and freah cheese and egg omelet

Easy access; ample, lighted parking lot, friendly, helpful staff. Lots of electrical outlets in the room and bathroom Good sized bathroom and sleeping/living room with Microwave and fridge. Enjoyed the fresh fruit, yogurt and bagel options as well as hot breakfast items. The BEST was no mold or mildew odor and no Fabreeze fragrance to cover up the mold/mildew odor. Just a natural, non - chemical aura. THANK YOU!!! The facility appeared clean, maintained and updated.

Although the unit had a desk light (thank you) and a floor lamp (thank you) by the reading chair in addition to bed side lamps, the room was still too dark. But the really annoying thing was the fan on the heater/cooler. It ran constantly, which is usually a good thing, thankfully the fan did not kick on and off, but it reaved up and slowed down, making it louder for a while, then quieter after a while, which was very distracting and annoying.

From the time we walked in the staff was amazing, very polite and helpful. Beds were comfortable, shower was awesome, breakfast was great.. rooms were also quite, no outside noise.. my daughter plays travel ball, very important to rest , stay cool and relax .. this place took care of all our needs...we will differently stay here again.

The room could have been a little larger, little small..., could have had a fan in bathroom, got very stuffy while showering.

It needed more variety of breakfast items. The staff was helpful and friendly.

location, convenience, great staff,friendly, clean,and accommodating! Family members had also booked rooms and when we arrived we asked to be put on the same floor and we had 5 different reservations put together on same floor. Thank you!! will stay here again!!

My wife had some yogurt. I only had coffee, but it was very good.

We stayed two nights and our room was not cleaned after the first night, nor were our bathrooms cleaned. We had to call for fresh towels.

Everything was clean and your staff was excellent and very helpful. I will be planning my next stay again real soon.

the beds are rocks, and it’s old looking inside. beginning to fall apart.

The location of the Hampton was great no problem finding it. My problem was the widow blinds didn't work most likely hadn't worked in a while.

Love the room it was clean and had everything we needed.
