It was convenient for what we were doing. It is an older facility. They were doing some renovations which are appropriate. It was a good place to stay. Breakfast was good which is a plus. You had multiple choices of foods from cinnamon rolls, pancakes, oatmeal, eggs sausage, potatoes, cereals, fruits, juices and coffee.

The bathroom has very low toilets and the tub needs replacing, but the shower worked well and the water was nice and hot. Linens were very plush and worked well.

The hotel has a great location for our needs on this trip. The room size was better than some hotels we've stayed in.

The only issue we had was that several electrical outlets in our room went out a couple of times one morning. We had to ask the front desk to send someone to fix the problem. While not a major issue, it did create some inconvenience for us.

Most important the beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. It was a large room with an arm chair, desk, and chair. Great internet service and TV selection. We didn't eat breakfast, but it looked average.

Nothing the hotel could help, but there was road construction going on outside the hotel. The short toilets seem to be a new and poor choice of remodeling.

ComuincTon between booking and holiday in. When we arrived they didn't have out reservation. I called booking customer service. Took almost an hour to get it settle just to get a room for the night then get it cleared up the next day

The breakfast was great. The lobby and breakfast area was very nice large clean. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

It looks like work should be done on the bathroom shower in our particular room. We only stayed one night so we didn’t really need to shower, but there was rust around the drain and the showerhead had a gap in the wall behind it.

Friendly, clean, nice room. good breakfast and comfy bed/pillows. Convenient location. Will return here when back in the area.

The ONLY thing that was lacking was the parking situation. Several big work trucks taking up two spaces, etc. due to construction in the area. But the lots were well lit so not a huge issue.

Breakfast was good and quick and location is close to campus but Weddington and access road traffic is very busy and can take a long time to exit from hotel to get to game.

i dont like when all the hotels charge much higher prices on game weekends.

Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Good coffee.

A little outdated and some wear in the room. Chipped paint, peeling wallpaper, rust in the bathroom etc.

The front desk staff was the highlight of my trip. I flew into Fayetteville on an early morning flight so I arrived at the hotel well before check in time and they were gracious enough to let me check in early so that I could shower and change clothes in time for the wedding I was attending that afternoon.

No major complaints, but if you're considering booking here just be mindful of the location. This hotel is geographically close to the city center but it is across a major highway so if you're trying to get to campus or Dickson Street, a car is necessary.

Our room faced the highway but it wasn't too noisy and never woke me up from napping or sleep. Very clean and great continental breakfast. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

I didn't like there was no vending or ice machine on each floor, only in the main lobby, but just personal preference.
