Easy to get to. Quiet, even though close to a busy interstate. Spacious room. In-room Keurig coffee maker. Strong and stable wi-fi signal. Good number and placement of power outlets.

The smoke detector in the ceiling blinked every few seconds without cessation all night long. The bedside alarm clock, which we didn't use, was not reset to off by cleaning staff, so the alarm went off at midnight. And the room refrigerator made a vibrating noise as it cycled on and off that was disturbing. The bed was a little too lumpy for my liking, while the pillows were too thick. The room rate was relatively high for this type of hotel.

Everything! The kitchen staff and fri t desk accommodate us quite well! There was a tornado an hour after my arrival! I was in town for a baby shower for my niece first child and hotel allowed us to have it there! I was very impressed with that and very appreciative! They need bonuses l! They went above and beyond to accommodate every guest after that horrific tornado

The breakfast could have been better. Not fully cooked.

Didn't like that they took the payment before check in. I was not going to use the card that I reserved the room with. Then it was going to take 5-10 days to reverse it. The lady said they changed the policy a week ago as far as taking the payment. I was not notified and then took an additional 10.00 for incidentals. To me that's unauthorized.

Hotel still has the newness to it. It has been well taken care of.

There was a group of young men out front smoking Marijuana on one of the nights that we stayed. They were talking very loud standing just near the entrance.

Everything was great. I felt safe as I was traveling by myself in a place I had not been before. The location close to the road I was traveling made it great for me. Thank you to your staff also, everyone was so nice, right down to the ladies that made breakfast.

Just to say something, the coffee could have been hotter and breakfast served longer.

Friendly staff even late at night when checking in after a long day of driving. Building was updated and clean! The breakfast was delicious and had a great selection. We had other hotels still limit breakfast selection using covid as an excuse. Your team definitely cared about our health and safety but still provided a great experience.

The bed was very firm and made for a rough sleep.

Very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly . The beds were comfortable also.

The breakfast on the other hand was not good at all. No choices . Rubber eggs and Turkey Sausage is not my kind of breakfast. The coffee did not offer a regular creamer. All creamers were of a flavored variety.

Stayed at this location a few times. Always had comfortable bed, friendly staff, good breakfast and location is perfect stop before going thru Nashville on way north🙂

Absolutely everything!!! The beds were so comfortable. Our room and the hotel were super clean. The pool was heated and breakfast was good. Hot and fresh.

The price you (Booking) gave me didn't match the price I had to pay. It was off by a few dollars. You are using the incorrect tax rate (14% vs 16%).
