We like Forrest City, finding it a friendly town. We'd read about problems at some motels, so we chose with care -- we're glad we stayed at the Quality Inn. In a good location, nice plantings, felt secure (I'm told they don't rent to locals), and it had all the good amenities you expect from this chain. It's a genuine motel (park in front of your room) and it's only about 100 yards from the Ole Sawmill Cafe -- a splendid country-cooking buffet which is one of the things that bring us to Forrest City. Highly recommended.

The room was nice and clean the bed was comfortable I do want to say thank you to Betty Reyes and the House Keeping Staff. I left my phone at the hotel when we checked out and didn't realize it until we were 3 hours out I called and Betty already had my phone she mailed it out Thursday and I received it today Saturday the 4th Betty was very kind and reassuring Betty thank you so much

Something that was used to clean the room made it a little hard for my husband to breathe he is on oxygen other then that everything was great

The rooms we had were very clean. It was quiet, and the ac worked well. The water pressure in the shower was absolutely amazing. I left my stuffed panda bear that I've slept with for 14 years (especially while my husband was away during his military career) and they have found it and are shipping it to me!

Comfortable bed, clean, breakfast provided, fridge had a small freezer compartment.

Fragrance allergies make many cleaning agents difficult for me - I had to use both antihistamines and my inhaler, as well as candles to burn off some of the scent. Breakfast was all carbs and fat, no proteins at all. Price was medium-range, for low-range service.

Room was very clean and comfortable. House keeping staff did a great job. Made bed and restocked us with clean fresh towels each day.

Only downside to us, was the breakfast. Not much choice, same each day and no or little effort made to restock items. When it's gone, it's gone, so better eat early.

I was only spending a night and then traveling further the next day to another destination and another motel. The location was good as it was close to a number of places where one could get a meal, the staff was pleasant.

Unfortunately due to the problems created by the shut down in March 2020 due to COVID I found that most motels are suffering and the lack of a true breakfast was sorely missed and not just at your establishment

Breakfast was just ok. Not a lot of selection. But for the money it was fine

The door did not have an extra lock for security. It was broken/missing. The faucet in our sink was very hard to get either hot or cold water. It seemed broken.

Rooms was clean, sheets clean.

The roll In shower was great to have, but it leaked all over the floor. Needed to get more towels. The recliner in the room was peeling alot.

Was worth the money clean quiet bed linens were crisp and clean breakfast was good and set up nicely I will be going back to stay there anytime I go to forest city

No parking spots

Room was clean, quiet. Sheets so smooth. Slept well. Called prior to let them know I would be late. Reservation was honored. Have never booked on my own so I was surprised how easily it was.

Carpet still damp from shampoo which made floor wet and slippery. Put bath towels on floor to help. Noticed 'dust bunnies' on ceiling lol, probably from heater/air conditioner. I let housekeeping know with a note with my tip.
