We truly loved everything about this hotel! The rooms were huge, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spotless! The staff was wonderful and so accommodating!! My husband and I got in early from our drive, and they were able to check us in 3 hours early! The only downside was our room was literally right above the pool and there is zero sound barrier, so you hear everything below you. Which to be honest is loud and less than enjoyable. By our second night we really couldn't take it anymore. We totally understand the other guests enjoying the pool and having a great time, but it makes it hard to unwind and sleep when all you hear are children screaming and playing and the sound of adults talking until 10 pm. Again, please understand that we totally understood that this wasn't the fault of the hotel or the other guest. So we called down to the front desk and explained what was going on and they moved us immediately to the top floor and on the other side of the hotel. It was such amazing customer service and we were so thankful they were able to help us out! So my only suggestion is that if that situation would be frustrating to you and your family, or if you have kiddos that are trying to sleep, then ask for the top floor on the opposite side of the pool. We will definitely stay here again in the future!!

The beds were very comfortable, hotel staff was friendly and check-in was super quick and easy. Noon checkout is always a great perk. Breakfast was delicious and had a great selection. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a complaint that we were being too noisy while swimming. I don't think we were overly noisy, just standard for what you would expect with a family and 6-7 year old kids swimming, so that put a damper on our fun. Not the hotel's fault, but maybe there should be an expectation that guests that stay in rooms near the pool will deal with some noise from other guests swimming.

Our experience at this property was excellent.My wife has issues staying warm, however, I needed a fan to keep me comfortable the young man not only located a fan but took out the extra time to find my wife a blanket. Very impressed with outstanding service. I would highly recommend this hotel to any travelers. The contemporary style of the room was also fantastic.

Clean room, staff was very friendly, bed was very comfortable, breakfast was good.

A little out of the way for hwy travelers, but convenient for the airport. Rooms were not very sound proof, so hallway and room to room noises were very noticeable. I could almost make out the full phone conversation of the gentleman in the room next to us and I was on the opposite side of the room.

Great staff (super friendly and the check-in process took less than 5 minutes total), super clean, and the bed was all sorts of comfortable!

The bathroom lights were lighthouse-caliber bright. It felt like a medical examiner’s office or something. I mean, wear shades if you pee.

Breakfast was one of the best I have had at a Holiday Inn. The omelette was very tasty and the sausage was cooked perfectly. The hotel looked like it had just opened. I found out it opened two years ago. The bed was also very comfortable.

I liked pretty much everything about the hotel and the room.

Only issue I had was the shower wasn't as clean as it should have been. I saw strings of hair in the shower and dirt in certain areas of the shower.

there was too much stomping and jumping going on the the floor above us , I could hear people talking very clearly. I wish there would have been more noise cancellation on that part

Everything was good. I was happy they had a hot tub as the website did not mention it.

There was nothing I didn’t like. I did let the front desk know about a maintenance issue they might want to fix before the next guest.

Like the location and cleanliness

Needed a couple hours after checkout due to having my elderly Grandfather and a late flight. Did not accommodate and forced me to pay for another entire night.
