I just like the staff kindness . Thank you Jacqueline . They had me set even though they had challenges with an ice storm causing problems in the Helena-West Helena area. Even though it was a not so good day to operate because of power outages in the area they did well.
There was nothing I did not like. The fact that I got there safe was enough. If I need to do that I would tell them directly. All good.

From the beginning, to the end, everything went smoothly. So grateful; especially, the circumstances. Made our stay peacefully bearable! Not to mention, how convenient everything was. We were conveniently near everything.
Southern hospitality, never better! The staff was pleasant and helpful. My family was very satisfied with our stay. Ever in town again, Best Western will be our number one choice. We thanks you all for your services.

The breakfast was okay. Just had eggs, sausage links, and cereal. I'm use to them having a full breakfast menu. The room was very clean and looked great.
Being on the second floor (I booked the room almost a month ago), not taking my American Express card (they could've said something ahead of time), there's no elevators (I have a mobility scooter and my husband had to carry it upstairs). The staff was unfriendly. The price.
