Staff was excellent. Polite, informative and attentive. Breakfast wasn’t grandmas home cooked on a Sunday but it was decent. Fitness center was good for a quick workout. Market (drinks and snacks) was priced fair. Coffee was superb compared to the Hiltons terrible coffee.

There’s always Room for improvement. The breakfast looks and tastes like it comes out of a pre-packaged box. I get it but try thinking outside of the box with creative meal preparation that doesn’t increase costs excessively but puts a stamp on people’s stay with, “breakfast was awesome, I’m never staying at another hotel brand except this one.”

Was greeted upon arrival, easy check in, room was spacious and clean, shower was nice and pleasant, beds were comfortable, quiet night

The parking was a bit iffy, had to park a distance with the reserved and battery charging spots taking up space but that was ok for us.

The front desk workers were exceptional. Everything was extremely clean. It was very quiet inside as well. The breakfast was amazing. Everything surpassed my expectations. I will definitely be a return guest in the near future.

There was nothing that I did not like. Everything was beyond what I expected. It was the best experience I have ever had. I will be referring all of my friends and family. I am excited to book again with you in the near future.

Facilities were clean. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Breakfast was okay, but I would have liked to have some oatmeal or other hot cereal. Could be packets of instant. They already have hot water available for tea.

they called to tell me the room i book with the jacuzzi was broken and gave us another room at discount price.. was looking forward to that room but someone the night before broke it some how so they move us to other room ..,was very pleased with the room

Nice continental breakfast.

The sheets and mattress for the pull out sofa were not updated.. .the sheets were in the closet in a plastic bag, but, they were dingy, and had something sticky, like syrup, on them.... When we asked for more clean sheets and face towels, the front desk worker was quite abrasive and resistant, before finally giving the sheets.

Breakfast was great. The only issue we had was that our Booking confirmation number could not be found, so we spent 35 minutes trying to check in. We ended up cancelling our initial reservation with Booking.com and paying again through the hotel. We had to get Booking on the phone and the GM of the hotel to straighten it all out. Getting that resolved was much more complicated than it should have been.

Checking in was our only issue. It was a huge inconvenience, and it should have all been completed when we arrived.

The bathroom mirror was gorgeous. Wanted to take it home. Everything was clean and decorated nicely. And also for toiletries, they use DOVE products. First time I’ve saw that in a hotel. Very nice place to stay. Definitely would stay again!

The omelets were cute. Perhaps cheese available for melting? Sausage, blueberry muffins, gravy, Raisin Bran, peach yogurt, white milk, and apple juice were all tasty. Thanks for the selection! What about packets of grits (maybe some cheese for that too!) or oatmeal?

I don’t regularly drink coffee but I tried breakfast blend and… yikes!!… do people enjoy that with the the creamer and sugar provided? I didn’t. I have only tried and use Dunkin’ Singh it’s breakfast blend and Starbucks alpine ridge or something.

There is nothing that I have to complain about with this property. I’ve been staying here for 4+years when traveling to Little Rock. The staff is always exceptionally nice & courteous, the facility is always clean, the beds are exceptionally comfortable. This property seems to be in a rather safe setting, I’ve never heard many sirens going by or seen anything suspicious while I’ve been there.
