I appreciate the courtesy given at initial check-in. The front desk lady was amazingly sweet and that king suite...SPEECHLESS! Semi missed the breakfast, but the chef allowed me to grab a few fruit items since I was already on the go for the morning run. Thank you guys my wonderful experience!!!

I didn't realize they had a gym and indoor pool in the vicinity so a bit upset I didn't test that out. However, there is ALWAYS a next time!!

The location was easy and convenient to get to with easy access to local shopping. The room was very spacious and I love that it included toiletries. I felt very comfortable and safe at the hotel. The breakfast was clean and offered a variety of foods - the attendant even assisted me with making my waffles!

The breakfast was fantastic, room was clean, bed was great, and A/C very welcome.

The hook for the towel in the bathroom needs to be tightened, as it simply spins. Hang a towel on it, and the towel falls to the floor. And no freezer in the refrigerator? Why? And the refrigerator was basically worthless. I wanted to chill some waters and sodas, and ended up just using one of the trash cans and ice from the machine.

Clean and safe. Love the location being that it was in walking distance of a host of restaurants and stores.

Other guests were a little noisy. Being it was New Years, I didn't complain because it wasn't too bad. My car was hit in the parking lot by another guest. The hotel staff was notified and they alerted me of the incident.

The facility was nice and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The only reason for caution is that they seem to have an optimal mask wearing policy so lots of unmasked staff and hotel guests. I was horrified when unmasked guests got on elevators with me. After the first I started getting off and waiting for the next if they insisted on riding with me. Couldn’t take the stairs due to knee replacement surgery so I wish they would have separate elevators or something…

The size of each room . The private bathroom. The beds were comfortable! The indoor pool!

I found a sprite top beside my bed. I also don't like the the regular rooms are the ones with the glasses shower doors. We always get a suite. So we get shower curtains. 🤦‍♀️

The staff was friendly. The facility was clean. The breakfast was nice.

We did not like the lack of towels. If you know your patrons are staying more than one night, there should be more than one day of towels.

The location makes it easy to get to anywhere you’d be needing to go in pine bluff easily and it sits right in front of this little marsh and it’s so pretty to look at in the morning!

The coffee does NOT taste even remotely decent. I had to go to the Walmart across the street for a cold coffee instead.

Good location, great staff service. Clean. Good breakfast.

Exercise room had broken equipment for weeks. Treadmill and peloton bike were unusable.

The hotel was a little over 5 miles from the Saracen casino. Everything was crisp and clean. The breakfast was good and masks were encouraged. The staff was friendly, even though their computers were down and you could tell this had been an all day issue.

The computers were down when we arrived, so we waited for approximately 15 minutes to check in. The receptionist was apologetic about our wait.
