Liked the fact that you had very comfortable chairs in room, hard and soft pillows to suit everyone. Breakfast buffet was definitely a bonus for our tight schedule. Thanks for the great southern hospitality!!

If i had to pick something negative....I guess it would be the location, because my GPS bright me to am intersection in front of the mall and said"you have reached your destination". Only motel close appeared to be closed down, so I stopped into gas station to ask of directions and they told me just go behind the mall!! It was well worth my time though, thanks!!

The staff was super nice and helpful. Anytime we asked for something they was always happy to help us. The girls at the desk were so nice and asked how we was doing and talked to our 2 and 3 year old boys every time we walked past. Did I mention how nice having a hot breakfast every morning?! The boys also enjoyed the swimming pool every evening 😎

The location was the only problem we had. The mall that it is by was closed down. The whole area was dead like. Just a casino, Dillard's, and Lowe's by it and a few places to eat (kfc, McDonald's, wendys, red lobster, etc). Oh and a paper mill somewhere which did make the air smell bad at times. But if you want to just relax and stay at the hotel and/or don't mind traveling to other towns then it's a great place. Around 40 mins from Little Rock and an hour and 1/2 from Hot Springs. So we did make the drive so we can go to the zoo and do other activities with the boys.

The free breakfast was wonderful. Elijah, who checked us in, was very friendly and professional. The ladies preparing breakfast buffet were friendly. All employees we met smiled and said hello.

The bathroom door in our room was off kilter and scraped the floor; was hard to close. Water dripped in the bathtub and could not be turned off. The hotel was behind a deserted shopping mall. For the cost, I expected more, but understand the area is in economic stress.

The bathtub in our room was seriously damaged. I have no idea how someone could do that kind of damage without the use of tools. The tub leaked through the bottom and it was quite obvious. It seems that housekeeping would have noted that when cleaning. The water has to go somewhere, so there is more damage being created somewhere. The hotel was not that full. They really should rent out that room until it gets repaired.

I especially liked the breakfast, the attendants were cordial, polite, and helpful. The house keeper did an excellent job. I have no complaints.

I have stayed here many times in the past, if I didn't like it I would not keep coming back, however, there is one small nuisance: the plants you put out front are nice and look good but why do you put them in the center of the path to the parking lot, forcing guest to detour, seems to me I should be able to walk straight out to parking lot. Remember you asked!

The breakfast was average. However, the staff was funny and quite possible working with what they were instructed to do.

Breakfast selection was average and there was no bacon or fruit selections.

Tyrrell the night clerk was great. Very professional, down to earth, caring... and funny! The facility was clean and in good repair, as expected with Holiday Inn Express. Hot breakfast of eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, and more was great.

The only thing disappointing is the location. To reach the hotel you must drive completely around and behind a big empty shopping mall. We arrived after dark, and there are no street lights around the mall at all. If it wasn't for Google Maps I doubt we could have found it. Even then, it was creepy. They need to get the city to install street lighting, or IMHO pay for it themselves.

I forgot to get my change and I hope they be honest enough to send to me.so much was going on and I forgot to get it when I left a day early.

The hotel itself was very nice. All the staff was very nice.

The location. Right behind a deserted mall. Driving to it we thought we were going the wrong way. Kind of scary
