Traveling with my dog when weather turned bad and made reservation literally 10 minutes before arrival. Front desk hostess threw out the welcome mat and treated us like family, made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for the night.

Property is a little outdated but the warm welcome and genuine hospitality make this a great place to overnight

The hotel is older but clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking available, no matter what part of the hotel your room was in. We know there were other clients but we really didn’t hear anyone else. Made for a good nights sleep.

Breakfast wasn’t much. Cold cereal with cold milk poured from a common pitcher didn’t really do much for me. There were some granola bars and sweet rolls but, again, room temperature.

The room was clean, quiet, and the a/c worked very well. We were very comfortable.

The first room they put us in had ants, but as soon as we told them they didn't hesitate to change our room. There was absolutely no hassle or feeling of inconvenience. I really appreciated that.

The second shift desk clerks went above and beyond their realm of responsibility. We were in town for a funeral, and they exceeded all of our expectations. Two of us are handicapped and they helped the sister, who wasn't, so that she could also enjoy the stay.

Really nothing.

Convenient on and off the interstate. Served our purpose of needing a reasonable price on a room for one night.

Damp washcloth folded decoratively in the corner of the bathroom counter - heavy with moisture and mildew. 2nd washcloth and not usable. 2nd bath towel should have been relegated to the rag bag.

We did not take part in the breakfast so I can't honestly give it a rating.

The only problem we had was the tv in our room every few minutes would say something like it had lost signal or something. Similar to what a satellite system would do during heavy rain. There was no rain in the area and the fact that it did this all evening every few minutes was very annoying. The picture would only be off for maybe five or ten seconds each time but the fact that it happened every few minutes lets you know how frustrating it was. Other than that we were very happy with the room.

Great location for us. Front desk lady was very nice. Wish I could remember her name.

The dehumidifier in the room, but I believe they had just cleaned the carpet. Either way it really wasn’t a big issue.

the coffee machine and the coffee pots were at the bathroom, near the sink and the toilet. You could reach the coffee machine while you are sitting on the toilet. This was the first for me to see a coffee machine at the bathroom.

The location was perfect. Right on the highway, on the route we were driving. All staff we encountered were very friendly. Will stay here again if going that way. Will recommend to people I know traveling this route. Common restaurants nearby, plus a Walmart.

The one room (130) we had the lighting was not very good, in the living room. Just having one ceiling light with a very low wattage bulb.

Sweet girl, Sarah, when we checked in. Very personable. After we asked, we took her recommendation for supper at Don’s Steakhouse. We enjoyed our meal. Other desk staff were also nice.

The room was somewhat dated, especially the bathtub, but not a real problem because it was clean.
