The room was big and spacious. The kitchen was large with full-size appliances. There was lots of closet space in our room with lots of shelves and places to hang clothes. There was a fireplace in our room. There is a playground, basketball/ tennis court and nice pool. They have a grill area and an on-site laundry room. It feels more like an apartment complex than a hotel.

The tv channel options for kids are limited, especially for younger kids. I wish they had Disney Jr. or Nick Jr. We could never find parking near our room. We had to park on the opposite side of the hotel and walk through the property. If your room is near the front desk, parking can be very limited. Parking is free, though, and there is more in the back of the property and on the side. Our room was facing the street and it was quiet noisy. There seemed to always be an ambulance or firetruck passing by at all hours of the day. There were many busses and shuttles that passed by and were quite loud. One morning, my family was woken up around 5am by extremely loud music coming from the street. I did not know where it came from, it was not from a car as it went on for over 20 min.

Staff was excellent from check in to check out. Perfect location, short walk to shuttles where you go through security so that when you arrive to Disney you can bypass security because they check before boarding the shuttle. Breakfast buffet was excellent, bi level suite was wonderfully clean, and we enjoyed our visit.

The staff were excellent - helpful and courteous and friendly. Particularly standing out were Danny on the front desk and Mario in the breakfast room whose customer service was to notch - always there to greet you with a smile and make you feel welcome. A short walk to Disney Parks but if you don’t fancy the walk, the shuttle drops you straight to the hotel.

The pool wasn’t particularly clean - you could bits on the bottom of the pool and everytime I went in, I always got long hairs wrapped around my fingers 🥴 Furthermore, there the window in our living room was cracked all the way through when we arrived and we had to tell reception who said it would not be fixed until we left so we lived in fear of the window caving in our whole stay. Lastly, the fire station is right opposite on Clementine. We had a room directly facing it and most nights were woken by loud sirens.

The morning breakfast offered had a little bit of everything to satisfy each person in our party. And the length of time for breakfast was good for our early risers and those who slept in. Transportation using ART was wonderful! Super easy to get on and off. Make sure to download the app BEFORE you plan on riding. Tickets to ride ART were $6 per day. Well worth the money if you don't want to walk after a long day of playing. The locations are really close to Disneyland though so if you wanted to walk you could. I think the day we did walk it, it took us about 20 min to get from our room to the entrances of the parks. The staff were super helpful and had some tips for making the most of your stay or assistance in saving a little money. For example, letting us know if we took Uber to get dropped off at a certain location vs at the entrance you could save money. We also liked the day of check out we could keep our car parked at the hotel until 4pm. That gave us a little extra exploring time for downtown Disney even after we checked out of our hotel room.

The beds for our group were on the uncomfortable side. We are in our late 30s early 40s as far as age. Our bodies are more picky about comfort especially after a long day at disneyland.

1 bedroom apt was great for us! It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. (Full sized fridge, large coffee pot maker, microwave, dishes, forks, etc. Iron/board, hair dryer) We didn't take advantage of the maid service but saw them outside every day, so if we needed anything, we just asked them. We bought a 3 day pass to Disney and took the Art bus every day, which comes and picks you up right inside the apt complex. (We bought a 3 day pass, which was $16 each for as many trips as we wanted) All you have to do is download the Art bus app. and buy your tickets for however many days you need them. I was able to buy mine and his, and they both linked together on my phone. Just show them to the bus driver, and you're good to go. Bus comes every 20 mins until an hour after Disneyland closes, it was never a long wait. The app even shows you where the bus is at all times. I wouldn't consider walking to Disneyland, for us it was too far, and after walking all day at disneyland, our legs were killing us! Lol We got lucky with parking our car, we got there after 6 pm and we were able to find one spot open near our apt. I'm glad we didn't take our truck because parking spots were tight. If you do have a truck, there is plenty of parking on one side of the building, but it might be a far walk? The garden walk is right across the street and has alot of good restaurants like P.f. Changs, Cheesecake factory, Bubba Gump, Jhonny rockets, souvenir shops etc. It was $3 an hour to park there, if driving.

I kinda wish I would have just spent the extra money and stayed in the 1 bedroom with the loft. The 3 days we were there all 3 days, we heard constant pounding from the guests upstairs. Woke us up early in the morning and late at night, even until 12 am. It sounded like they were jumping off the beds, running around and dropping bowling balls on the floor. We did call the office, but all they offered was to move us to an upstairs apartment.

Location was fantastic…only a short walk to Disneyland which was exactly what we wanted! Our suite was great and as a family we were all very happy with the layout, cleanliness and what the rooms had to offer. I loved especially how the downstairs bedroom (for our kids) was separated from us (parents) as we were up in the loft, it was a nice way for us to get time to ourselves but still be connected to our kids as the loft is open and we could communicate 🙂

From the outside it can appear a bit more run down, dirty and old than you would expect (especially after seeing the online photos while booking) but other than that, the rooms are as the photos show. Only other thing was for a family room I think the stairs should be more child friendly, a gate at the bottom of the stairs would have been ideal (or at least that option should be offered)

We Enjoyed Our Beautiful King Suite Which Was Very Appealing To The Eye And Very Affordable! We Stayed Friday Night To Monday In March! My Husband Treated Me To Breakfast In Bed As He Would Go Over To The Buffet Breakfast And Brought Back Such A Variety Of Delicious Offerings! We Truly Appreciate Everyone That Makes Each And Every Stay A Wonderful Getaway! Thanks Again!

We Usually Enjoy The Coolness Of The Suite When We Walk In And The Fresh Air Smell But, This Time It Was To Cold! It Was Very Late When We Checked In And We Were So Tired That We Just Climbed Into Bed. In The Morning My Husband Called The Front Desk And They Sent Over Maintenance And The Fan Wouldn't Shut Off So They Offered Us To Move Next Door With Their Help And Take One Day Off Our Paid Stay! I Had Already Unpacked And I Had To Decline The Offer To Move, But They Refunded As Promised, And They Provided Extra Blankets! Our Appreciation To The Front Desk And The Maintenance Staff For Trying To Fix The Air Conditioner And Fan! It's Wonderful How Quickly They Came To See About The Problem And Offer An Solution Promptly! Thanks Again! Katherine

I liked that they are so family friendly. We also loved the breakfast, it was better than a lot of others we have had! It was a close walking distance to Disneyland but we ended up getting an Art bus pass which had a stop in the hotel parking lot because after walking all day we didn’t want to walk back. It’s maybe a little less than a mile away from the entrance.

The bathroom we had was so small and out dates but that’s fine it worked and did the job. The room was out dates but it wasn’t bad the only thing maybe that I would change is the mattresses on the pull out couches they were thin and you could feel the springs. Our kids slept on it and didn’t complain though. It was clean which is all we care about in hotels.

Great location, there was always parking spots available, rooms were clean and comfortable, they even provided cups, plates, bowls and utensils.

The loft upstairs was significantly warmer than downstairs and didn't seem to benefit from the AC at all and the downstairs ceiling fan switch was located upstairs which was inconvenient.
