Very friendly staff and accommodated my early leave.

Not sure what it was but me and my wife both woke up with bites on our neck and legs. We didn’t see any bugs on top or underneath the bed.

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a chair. There was a large TV, coffee maker, fridge and desk. The desk was decent sized for me to work at. The room I had a jacuzzi tub in it. The tub took forever to fill so I only used it once, but the jets were powerful and it was nice after a day at Disneyland. I’ve stayed at a lot of budget motels and the WiFi was actually decent. Parking was never an issue.

The water pressure was pretty low, but at least the water was hot. The walls are pretty thin, which wasn’t a problem til the last night when the woman above me was screaming at someone in the middle of the night and it was like she was in my room. Not really the hotels fault but it was disturbing. Also it was farther than I expected from Disneyland, but for the price it was ok.

It’s great value for money, the location is good, Garden Grove and Korea Town is a cool area people are friendly there’s a great strip mall straight across Garden Grove Blvd, plenty of places to eat and a supermarket all within walking distance,the rooms are a good size, with a fridge, a coffee maker, fridge and TV and aircon, if you’re expecting 5 or 6 star accommodation it’s probably not for you, if you want value and as an international trust me it’s great value then it’s a great place, the staff are friendly the manager is a really great guy always happy to help and very friendly. Treat the staff with respect and you’ll get it back it’s not hard! I hadn’t been there for 6 years but I was still in their system and it made everything really easy when checking in, no complaints at all and they have done a lot of improvements in the area since I was there last too, it’s a great cultural experience as well I loved the whole vibe of it and all the local people were so friendly and helpful

It’s an older property but they have renovated a lot of the rooms and they’re doing a great job, if I had a complaint it would only be the aircon was a bit loud, but hey it was an older style but it worked well and it did the job, and I’ve had a lot worse believe me, first world problem that I didn’t lose sleep over other than that I was more than happy with what I got for the money I paid.

It’s great value for money, I’ve stayed here before over the years and as an international traveller I have no issues at all with it, the area is great Garden Grove and Korea Town is safe and interesting and has certainly improved over the years. For me it suits where I need to be, I’ve never had a problem, the manager is a great guy very friendly and always there to help. If you’re expecting 5 or 6 star accomodation this isn’t going to be for you, but it’s clean, a good size room, the beds comfortable it has a fridge a coffee maker a TV and it’s close to anything you would need. If you’re an international,experience America from a different view point it might just change your opinion. I’ll stay there again without any hesitation.

If I had any complaint at all, it would only be that the aircon is old and a bit noisy, but hey it works and cools the room down and I didn’t need to leave it running except maybe for one night and even then I could sleep, first world problem, nothing some foam ear plugs won’t fix 😊

The location was very convenient to our weekend events. The last minute rate I got was even better. The rooms were neat and clean. Felt very safe in the area.

We asked for a room on the ground level upon checking in due to my husband's knee problems. Being there for 4 nights, going up and down the stairs was a bit uncomfortable. I asked again the next day if there was a room available on the ground floor but still nothing. I was in and out of my room everyday since I checked in and was hoping to move from the top floor to the ground level but still nothing was available. Other than not getting a room on the ground floor, my stay was pleasant and felt safe staying there.

I liked the price, location, the big comfortable bed, and the amenities like the dining table with four chairs, coffee table, single couch, and the fridge. The room was spacious with plenty of room to move around. Initially, I was hesitant to book this hotel due to the low rate and simple name. Usually, this means budget hotels run by families with strict 9:30 AM or 10:00 AM checkout times and a bothersome attitude. However, I just needed a place to sleep after driving for over 10 hours, with 3 more hours to get home. I checked the reviews and thought to myself, "This is too good to be true. Maybe the hotel paid a company for positive reviews." Well, don't judge a book by its cover. This place is amazing. The employees are awesome, from the front desk to the maids. It's very clean and safe, with plenty of parking. I ended up booking another night and used it as an excuse to visit friends.

I liked everything

It was a good sized room. The sitting area was completely separate from the sleeping area with the bathroom in between. The bed was comfortable. Great location to the Gardenamp for concerts. Check out was super easy. Just drop the key card into the mail slot next to the window.

The air conditioner is in the sitting area, not the bedroom. I had to put the AC on 60 to get it to cool the bedroom off. It ran all afternoon till midnight to finally cool off the sleeping area. I really dislike the shower curtains that all the hotels have now. There is a curtain with a mesh see through top section. The bottom is split into two. The front of the curtain sits outside the tub/shower and the inside stays inside the tub section. The results are a dryer floor with less chance of slippage. Parking spaces are very tight! Many people took up two spots or you had to skip a spot because the car on either side was parked on the line!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. AC/heat, TV, fridge, worked well. Hot water was immediately available and plentiful. Location was very convenient for us. Good parking.

Shower faucet handle was not attached to the faucet stem. But I could make the shower work by pressing the handle into the stem. Shower floor was clean, but very slippery - could use a non-slip shower floor mat. Could use a microwave. Bedding was clean, but floors, especially corners, were pretty dirty. Lighting was OK, not great.

Decent location near Little Saigon, just a little far from any major freeway for some people. Staff was nice when checking in. Room was comfortable and everything seemed to work. Large, comfortable bed. Seemed to be enough parking for all. Quiet and felt pretty safe.

Probably been a while since any updates or refreshing; I noticed that the bathroom door seemed to have a lot of coats of paint but at the bottom of the door was losing wood chips on the bath mat/rug.

Rooms were large. Staff very helpful. Rooms very clean and large screen LCD. Good parking. Easy to find. Laundry facilities. Excellent door locks

This motel was located in the Korean section of LA. so there were not a lot of American style restaurants nearby. Don’t get me wrong the food locally was nice - with Cèd coffee and delicious donuts and ‘BBQ chicken and Pub’ good meals.
