I liked the breakfast service, it was good. Some days were different but overall it was good. They also always make sure that it has plenty stock of food. I also like that there were a lot of options to eat, which is perfect for my friends that don't eat meat at all.

In the area, where other places are closed by 8:00 PM, I was hungry at late night, and the UberEats didn't offer much. Maybe the hotel can have vending machines where we can buy food instead of going to 7-11 next door.

The customer service during our stay was helpful, warm, and professional. We looked forward to the daily breakfast selections and appreciate that there is a variety of choices. The hot food is always fresh, and the other selections are many. The location is perfect and feels safe and looks clean and accommodating. I appreciate the lighting all during the night, as I have to walk my dog in the middle of the night. We have been here twice and will be returning.

Location was Benecia and we love the place, but area was off-season and cold/windy. We stay in Benicia to avoid the overpriced hotels in Palo Alto area while visiting Stanford Medical. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices and the facility is located uphill from the main throughfare, but directly across a parking area from a very busy freeway. Requested room location just behind the lobby and pretty quiet. Staff was excellent and very helpful....self-service coffee machine in lobby was pretty cool.

Nothing really...larger coffee cups and better coffee maker in rooms would be nice, but that's from a coffee addict's point of view and not very helpful.

Breakfast was good, great choices.Also when we were ready to leave our car battery was dead, front desk staff helped us with a jump otherwise roadside service would have been a hour out. We had children so sittong with them would have been ugly. So thankful there help.

safe and clean. staff could be a little more friendlier esp in the breakfast buffet. I understand if 10 is the cutoff but if there’s ppl still trying to get breakfast and coffee a little accommodation would be nice

My room was big & very comfortable. I was well pleased with room.

appreciate this service but don't need it as I'm only usually in a room for a couple of days. When I put the DO NOT DISBURED sign on door I expect them to expect my request.

The whole atmosphere, the cleanness and quality of improvements. We usually stay at a Marriott Courtyard of Residence Inn. . This facility matched both of these less the kitchen.

More selection of a snack bar.

We were on the third floor and never heard a single sound that wasn't made by us. I love rooms that have actual blackout shades. We all slept amazing. Free breakfast with lots of options. The facilities were clean and well kept. The pool and hot tub were very nice.

11 am check out

Location was fine for us. We use to live in Benicia. Our 12 year old daughter loved the pool. The complimentary breakfast was awesome!! Loved the waffles and fresh oranges best.

Would have loved to stay longer, but, the price of the room held us back. We had paid over 1400$ for our BW room in Monterey 6 nights and should have left there and gone to Benicia sooner, but, we paid over 800 for4nights in Benicia. Wish we could have a better rate, but, enjoyed both motels. CA isjust soooo expensive to eat there now. Breakfast that you provided was much, much better at Benicia. than Monterey.

I really like the location of where the hotel was at. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the family really enjoyed the breakfast and pool.

I didn’t like that fact that all I could smell was cigarette smoke in a none smoking building.
