The location is good, an easy two block walk from the Beverly Wilshire, where I attended a convention.

The shower - the main shower head felt like needles, and the shower door has gaps, so water goes out onto the bathroom floor. They need to move the shower head to the wall with the body sprays, and get a better shower head.

Everything was excellent

It would be better if they had dinner options in the hotel

Everything: - Very kind staff, super helpful during check-in and the rest of the stay; - Amazing bed, super comfortable; - Perfect location few minutes away from Rodeo Drive, arguably one of the safest areas in LA; - Very punctual returning the deposit the very same day I left the room. - Best value for money in LA! I could go on and on, but in general great place to stay and the owners should be proud of their staff.

We do loved everything about this hotel: location, very quiet, comfortable and cozy. Well equiped and very clean but the best thing was the way we were received. Sometimes things are so simple when you find special people and this was the case. We will never forget Sunny. - They don't have enough staff: the receptionist also acts as waiter, porter and parking attendant. That can lead to massive delays. Management needs to have at least a 2nd person during breakfast - The parking: whilst it's great to have parking, there's a need for the receptionist to open the gate when going in and out. But as mentioned above, they do many things so it can lead to wait time

I was a little skeptical about this hotel because of some of the bad reviews on yelp but I decided to give it a shot. It turns out that I was quite happy with the hotel, super cute very comfortable most importantly very clean and the workers there also very friendly, professional and attentive right on the heart of Beverly Hills. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend. People complain about the parking situation it was not bad at all right across the street and for the price $28 a lot cheaper than all the rest. And we did not have to wait a long time to get the car out. It’s so irritating to read these bad reviews there’s always complainers and unhappy people that have nothing better to say. It’s simple you don’t like it well then go somewhere else! This is a cute boutique hotel exactly as you see in the pictures.

I loved everything about the property.

The best thing about this hotel is its very close location to Rodeo Drive. I was able to stay in the heart of Beverly Hills but for much less than the zooty hotels literally just around the corner. Yet I did not have to compromise on comfort. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It took quite a while for a large amount put on hold on my credit card for security to be released, but the hotel said it was due to my bank not being a US bank.

Very clean! Internet speed is fine. Breakfast is delicious. Staff is super amazing. No big lines in the checkin. Front desk staff always available. We have arrived during the early hours of the morning and Sunny the front desk receptionist was there to make our staying easier.

Price is higher but it is affordable considering the location.

Most rooms are free from traffic noise ,and the beds/linens/pillows were divine. Most comfortable bed in years!!! I slept with the window open for all 11 nights. It's a smaller design/boutique hotel that has a style all its own.Peaceful,quiet,relaxed vibe. Front desk always had a cheerful and helpful person to give directions,make recommendations,call taxi,etc. Breakfast was ok. Restaurant appears to be open only a few hours daily.One block away is a long street with cafes, restaurants ,grocery store,etc. Very convenient. Hotel is cleaned well.

Little things that don't really matter needed attention:Shower rail unsecured from shower door,batteries fall out of tv remote .My room lacked a refrigerator and window light blockers-,although most rooms have them . These things could be easily fixed by an otherwise very gracious and attentive staff There is nothing dilapidated about the hotel;it's charming,pretty and stylish.

I loved the location right near Beverly Hills Drive. It is really affordable compared to other hotels in the area and was great! I would highly recommend staying here.

I wish that I would not have to contact the front desk to retrieve and park my car in the garage. I do understand it is for safety reasons, so not really a complaint. Just a minor inconvenience.
