The beds are a little uncomfortable but the room is massive and even has a separate living room with a door separating the bedroom. I love that you can open the balcony door and get fresh air - most hotels don’t even allow you to open the window so this was a big plus.

The pool was insanely crowded. It looked like people were there that weren’t even staying there. There isn’t anyone regulating the pool and the guests and it sucks that it kind of ruins it for the people that paid to use it.

The Breakfast was better than expected! The cook to order omelet station was on point! The food was hot and there was such a variety. Our family saved so much money by being able to eat breakfast at the hotel before our day started!

The Staff was beyond helpful. The business area was perfect for printing off an important document we needed. The Pool area was relaxing and PRIVATE, even though we were next to the mall, it felt like an oasis.

Beautiful building. Big pool. Decent rooms. Food is delicious.

Bathroom door nob was broken (we couldnt lock it) but they changed us to a different room that can lock. However that new room fan/ac was making a loud noise and the old room didn't.

The Embassy Suites is a top notch hotel. The room was very clean and spacious. In addition, the breakfast served was great and also the in-house restaurant had a simple menu but also great food. The Staff was friendly and helpful as I remember from my first visit last year. The Embassy Suites location is also a plus located next to the mall and many shopping centers.

Front desk was very nice and the room was perfectly cold: I also like that breakfast was included. The bed was comfortable.

It’s odd that the room number goes on the parking pass. That could be very dangerous. The light switch in the bathroom was broken and the lotion was empty.

That the Restaurant wasn’t open 😔, but you may have informed us with the Covid-19 restrictions as I didn’t get a chance to look at it. If you did provide this information to us, then it’s on me. Maybe there is another way to ensure that info is available Before hand. In spite of that though, everything turned out so well and Sarah really had a Big part in that.

good location, blows my mind that parking was free and the breakfast was unbelievable (also free). big rooms. i grew up in brea and had never stayed here, but it beats the heck out of my parents’ guest room.

our room was on the north side and the road noise made it difficult to fall asleep. this is my fault as I chose this room through the Hilton app, but my recommendation would be to pick a room on the south side, which faces the Brea Mall and is likely much quieter at night.

Location convenient for where I needed to be . There is a mall over road and shops And restaurant on the other side of road so concubines if you don’t have a car . The choices at breakfast were very good .

The room smelt a little musty

Our room was very spacious and comfortable! I like how every room also has view to the giant sitting area in the middle of the hotel.

The air conditioner was OK but I just wish it had been colder! The pillows were abit too soft but that can be fixed by stacking 2 pillows together.

It was beautiful, the Christmas decor was so nice. The complimentary breakfast is so delicious there is so much to choose from. My husband and I also enjoyed Happy Hour with our first two drinks on the house. This was our fourth time staying here and we will definitely be back.👍🙂💯
