Traveling for my child’s soccer tournament recently. The location was perfect! Nice views as well close to a lot restaurants and local stores. Loved the heated indoor pool and their lobby is real nice and spacious with the vintage vibe. King size beds were comfortable plus the extra sofa bed , everyone was comfortable

I didn’t like the fact that you can only go on the designated floor that your room was on with the key card, had to go down and get a different floor card just to get ice because the one on mine was broken, which just was inconvenient but not the worst. The main thing I did not like is their inside restaurant the tap and tavern, I ordered a to go Caesar salad : mind you that’s a cold dish, it took over 40 minutes for that salad and it was $28. Ridiculous for the price of food in there plus the wait was horrendous.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Embassy Suites by Hilton in San Francisco Bay, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The breathtaking views from the hotel were truly a highlight, offering stunning vistas that made my stay memorable. The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and attended to, which added a personal touch to my visit. The complimentary breakfast was another standout feature, with a variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. While I did notice that the rooms and the building itself felt a bit dated, it didn't detract from my experience. The cleanliness of the space and the exceptional service more than made up for it. In summary, Embassy Suites offers a fantastic stay with great views, welcoming staff, and a hearty breakfast. If you can overlook the aging decor, it's a wonderful choice for anyone visiting the area!

Front Desk Lucus was excellent! He was extremely helpful even before I arrived and when we got to hotel! Super friendly and always had a smile on his face. Camille who checked us in was super nice as well. Julie the night front Desk helped us out so much,since we unfortunately couldn't get on the shuttle with the 5 of us. So she went above and beyond to help me get an Uber. She really eased my worries about the turo we rented and offered to hold keys at front desk for Host since oir flight left so early. Overhaul great service. The breakfast was amazing loved all of it..the made to order omletes are the best.

The shuttle is the last stop from all the hotels that they pick up for. Maybe they should allow special request for this place in an event u have a large group. But other than that everything was great.

1. Furniture old, dirty, and broken. 2. The beds were awful, when you sit before lay down, the mattress goes completely down because those are old they lost their body and structure. 3. The dining area was cold, and the seats weren't comfortable. 4. The buffet isn't extraordinary as it was in the 80's and 90's. 5. I don't like your politics to make extra charges for the parking lot or for the use of the shuttle for the airport.

Everything was great except for the parking violation. I was not informed when checking in that I needed to pay for a parking pass, so when I went out to the car and saw the violation on it, it made me mad. I took it to the front desk and explained what had happened, and they compensated me for the violation, being that it was their error for not informing me.

The fact that parking in the parking lot was $25-$35 dollars a night

That my refrigerator had to be replaced. The ice machines were too far away from my room. The beds at Homewood Suites were more comfortable than Embassy Suites. The coffee is third rate, substitute for dish water. How could you serve bad coffee in one of the coffee capitals of the US? The pool was abysmally small, for the size sand number of guests you house nightly. If we can't get assistance with our luggage, why can't you bring back valet parking?

The location and all that came with the hotel were very awesome. The hotel is super clean. The elevators are the fastest I've ever been in. The food is great. I do like the free drinks for the evening reception as well. The view of the bay is very romantic as well.

Oh my, paying $40 a night for parking and having to park far away were bad. My wife is handicapped and between all the limited handicap parking spaces and all the people parked illegally in those spaces, that made it tough.

Beautiful location and lovely accommodations. The interior is beautiful and the breakfast is delicious! There is a walking trail right on the water

I fell hard after slipping while exiting the stairs to outside. I came to the front covered in mud and I was barely able to get a towel. The staff was so kind, but someone in management should have recognized I had an injury due to no sidewalk.

Buffet breakfast with lots of things to choose from. Some trails to walk. Nice view of the bay, the airport and landing planes. Small pool and nice big atrium. Large rooms

Check in at around 9pm was fairly slow because there was just one person at the desk. Hotel in general seems a bit old. No chance to eat something later in the afternoon (we did know that but it could be bothering)

The view was great! The room was warm and the AC was not easy to use. Pillows are super old and not comfortable. The beds are too soft. The breakfast was great. Overall was a good experience. For the price I think it was kind of worth it. But is NOT FAIR that you charge parking. It’s not normal. I would stay there again but in a cheaper room.
