Property was nice and easy to arrive to. Room was very spacious , clean and comfy. Staff was AMAZING from Check in to Check out ! Breakfast options were decent and staff made sure everyone had breakfast even when close to ending time . Parking available close to entrance and free of charge. Water refill station and additional Restrooms in lower level which is convenient. Bathroom even had individual sanitizers & other items available free for guests if needed . Downstairs lobby cute and cozy . There is also a pool which is fair sized . Would stay again.

Pullout / Sofa sleeper was very loud with each movement and uncomfortable to who ever sleeps on it. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Otherwise no complaints.

My sister and I had a great experience. I had an interview at the hospital and since it was a 3hr commute we decided to book a stay at the Best Western. I brought sanitizing wipes and everything I wiped down was clean from the toilet to counter and knobs. So that let us know that the facility is clean. My sister even made a comment that blankets smelled fresh. Everyone was so kind and we enjoyed the continental breakfast and small town community. Thank you.

The mattress felt too soft. Not sure if it is time for a replacement or if it’s just that I am used to using a firm mattress

This hotel is a great hotel. Everything was clean. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast had eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, and the usual other continental items

The only thing that could have been better is that when we got to breakfast at 8am, we had to wait for coffee and eggs because they were out. It was not a big deal because we knew ours would be fresh, but there were other people in a hurry that were frustrated.

The property was in a good location for our needs. The staff was friendly and the room spacious and clean. The breakfast was wonderful providing many options: eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, cereal, yogurt, pancakes, fruit, muffins, juice, milk, tea, and coffee.

The breakfast was only served until 8:30 and there was no freezer in the mini fridge.

Coming from Vegas and heading to San Francisco we looked for a place which is located not directly at the I15 so it is quiet. We found this place which was perfect for our needs. There are plenty of restaurants in Coalinga which are close by. We had one room with 4 persons and had enough space for everyone.

The breakfast buffet has a good variety of choices but is served in one way dishes which leads to a lot of trash. It would be more sustainable to use regular dishes and a dishwasher.

Liked the location & ambience—inviting grounds despite the high heat. Sparkling clean pool. Great staff. When I forgot my purse in the breakfast room, the staff attendant saved it safely & returned it to me. Breakfast, including all the fixings for breakfast burritos, was a particularly nice surprise.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff was warm and welcoming, providing excellent service. The room exceeded our expectations in every way. Both the pool and the exercise room were clean and spacious, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful experience!

Location which is close to I-5, breakfast included, spacious room with extra sink in the hall, quite, nice views from the room, comfortable beds and pillows

Breakfast options do not include any vegetables; I'd like to see some veggie options for breakfast as well.

very pleasantly surprised, very nice rooms. Spacious, big bed, climate controlled, clean, quiet, safe area, etc. the walk-in shower I love. Amenities are just down the roads (gas station, taco bell, McDonalds, etc.) 10 miles off I-5, but worth it for the price I paid for a night stay. Desk clerk very nice as well. A+

key access to back door is broken. Wish they had smart TV's as well.

Was working in the area, location was perfect was only a 10 min drive to jobsite (outside Coalinga). Staff was great! This was a last minute reservation, room was overbooked but gals at front desk were very helpful and notified us as soon as a cancellation came up to get our employees accommodated.
