Our stay was amazing. Ninfa, the lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She had great hospitality and was very genuine and friendly. She answered all my questions and concerns, even when I came back multiple times, and she went as far as helping me prepare my meal. She really made me feel at home and people like her really make the world go around. She was so kind and on top of it all, she didn’t let the fact that she was covering a shift right before hers cloud her customer service abilities. I’m very happy with our stay.

Perfect for what we needed...a quick stay & back on the road without a hassle. Beds were comfy & had nice mini-fridge & microwave in the room. We were traveling with our dogs & no extra pet charges are a major selling point for us :). It's just off the freeway, so some background noise but gas stations and restaurants are close-by. Only complaints would be the backed up bathroom sink & strong cat urine smell outside of our room (opened to courtyard). It hit you when you walked out the door but it didn't smell in the room. The staff was great & would definitely stay again.

Improvement in cleanliness is needed, at first glance the room looks clean, but we had to move the beds and the small dresser a bit, and everything was dirty and full of dust, it is important that you do an inspection of the room to bend under the bed and see that it is clean

We just needed a place to rest our heads for the night before continuing our journey the next day. First I want to note Ashleigh, the receptionist, was totally sweet. I called to see what their vacancy was if I just showed up in a few hours that night. She said she could just take my name and reserve me a room without taking my credit card. When I got there there was an irate lady in front of me. She was upset that she had to wait till the receptionist was back from her break. Ashleigh was very professional with her. I asked Ashleigh for a quiet room and we didn't hear anyone till the next morning....ahhhhh. The room, 254, was basic. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The shower was heavenly with plenty of pressure and hot water. Don't expect amenities since this is a budget hotel. The pool was out of commission. They had free coffee in the lobby, an ice machine and microwave in the vending machine room next to the lobby. Yes, Coalinga is in cattle country and you smell it outside when the wind is blowing your way. If you keep the air on in the room, there is no smell. The area isn't sketchy. It has two closed restaurants across the street but other than that, it looks fine. It's an area off a major highway that you can safely stay overnight and get gas. Harris Ranch Restaurant and Denny's are nearby. For just an inexpensive place to stop overnight, it fit the bill.

The thermostat was old so we couldn't set it to the exact temperature we wanted. But the air conditioner WORKS really well!

I was shocked at how much I enjoyed my stay. The room was so quiet, it was warm and the bed was fine. I only stayed for a night and didn't want to spend a ton of money on a place. So this was perfect.

The only thing that was annoying was that I somehow was able to get perfectly hot/warm water from the shower, but not from the sink.

It was comfortable, accesible and just what we needed for an overnight stop.

For the value it was great! The ac took a while to kick in and the water in shower was leaking but overall great stay!

Next to I-5 freeway is very convenient Carlos at front desk 10/10 we be coming back on my business trips

This place has a good value. I-5 is like a 30s away. Also, the staff is very responsive and friendly. The place is clean.

This is not about the property itself. Rather, it is about the location of the property that there are a lot of water bugs that look like cockroaches in this whole area. Also, the wind here picks up the cow poop smell from the giant farm in town.

The facility's are gone and rooms are clean. No problem there

I didn't like the bed. It was very uncomfortable. Swayed in the middle like a very old worn mattress. Disappointed there. And as I have said before the tub in the shower is very slippery. I have almost slipped several time. That's very dangerous.
