The property was very clean, full kitchen access, good cable, comfortable beds, air conditioning, vending machines in the lobby, washer and dryers access, the staff was very friendly, including housekeeper and maintenance guy, Walter and Nuren were very prompt in answering my questions via text message. They had a heated pool that my kids loved and enjoyed and they had to play a game of basketball in the basketball court in the hotel before our check out. Everything was just perfect. The hotel also offered free breakfast with our stay. French toast, waffles, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, fresh fruit, a full breakfast buffet, just Delicious. The dining area was very clean, The lady that ran the kitchen was very sweet and polite. I can honestly say one of the best hotels I’ve ever booked.

Slight dislike was that the pool had lots of bees inside the water, I had to remove them myself but I wouldn’t say this was a bad thing!

Loved the size of the room and the very comfortable bed.

Unfortunately, there is no room safe. If I were to have stayed longer, having that would have made the room perfect. The only other minor issue was I didn’t like the fact that the bathroom fan stayed on all the time. It’s annoying and distracting. At least you can’t hear it as much with the bathroom door closed, but I think it shouldn’t run 24 hours! Other than that, my stay was great!

The kitchenette was a plus, it wasn’t too small, with the right amount of counter space. The bathroom comes with Dove products, so I knew my skin wouldn’t dry out overnight. Bed was UBER comfortable. Slept like a baby! Room was clean and perfect size, price was good. Breakfast was so good. Make your own waffles was my favorite.

Location is awesome, and the staff members are very friendly, professional and were so willing to make sure our stay was comfortable. The hotel rooms were nice and clean, with comfortable beds and soft pillows. The shower was great too.

I really enjoyed the nacho bar and complimentary wine. Everything was clean and the close proximity to restaurants and entertainment was the cherry on top.

The curtains were thin and let too much light in the room at night. The thicker curtains that you would normally pull shut, only framed the window but had no way of pulling closed. Hard to sleep with light shining in the room all night.

Walter the assistant manger is a godsend to this hotel. He’s kind, professional, efficient, made my stay that much better. This man loves his job, and it shows by how he’s treats his guests. My room was clean, the staff is amazing, the pool is nice, did I mention the cleanliness of this hotel is top notch. 10/10.

Can’t complain.

Easy access and spacious rooms. Also like the opportunity to attend social events in the facility itself.

There were big carts right outside the elevators that you had to go around. They had a ton of dishes including variety of kitchen knives just out in the open. Towels and other miscellaneous items without any supervision.

The host that helped me was amazing. I will be back again. She went above and beyond to make sure what I was doing went well. She accommodated me with things I needed in a timely manner and even took photos for me. She was the best. Very friendly and extremely helpful and kindhearted. God bless her.

No complaints

It was very clean. Breakfast bar with waffles was fun. Very quiet overall.

On the last day of our stay, the electronic door lock (entrance to our room) malfunctioned and we were in our room with the door unlocked. This gave me a great feeling of unease and insecurity. I told management. But we were in our way home by the time we discovered it. :(

Location, size of room, amenities, very comfortable beds, good breakfast, and complimentary laundry.

This is not against the property itself, however, it is unfortunate that dog owners do not pick up after their dogs. There was dog waste all around the property. I had my dog with me and I made a point to carry my own doggie bags and picked up after him each and every time. The hotel is such a beautiful hotel in an absolutely beautiful location. It’s tainted by people’s total disrespect for the property and it disadvantages those of us who have our pets with us and properly clean up after our dogs.
