Very nice friendly person that checked us in. We asked for a first floor room & she even gave us choices on what side & area we wanted. Spacious & clean room Good size bathroom. Great hot water pressure in the shower. Liked the regular shampoo & shower gel Excellent breakfast. Lots of choices. Great wifi Nice friendly staff

Sofa wasn't good for sitting down. Scary - had to kill a spider crawling on the bed No vent in the bathroom Door has to be checked before leaving the room because it doesn't lock automatically after you pull the door close.

The room was clean. We were close to the pool. The breakfast options were plentiful. The location was convenient, with a gas station on the corner, there was a Starbucks nearby (across the street). Also, a few fast-food options.

When I walked in to check in, there were two employees behind the desk. One of them was talking to the other, he looked at me, and kept on talking to the other. I waited for an acknowledgement, but the one man just kept talking. I remember thinking how unprofessional he was because he wasn't talking about anything work related. So, I interrupted and said, "I am here to check-in" Then the man finished his sentence and began to attend to me. It just felt like his conversation was more important to him than taking care of his guest.

I appreciated that the first floor was accommodating and it was close to an exit. The lonbybwas nice and bright. I have not stayed in a hotel in years but this made me miss the travel. There was plenty towels and the microwave/fridge was a great touch. Our daughter will be going to schoolnup that way and this will be our home away from home.

We couldn’t get the ac to work but we gotnin super late and probably couldn’t have gotten anything to work at that point.. lol

My recent stay at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Dixon, CA left me thoroughly grateful for an experience that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I knew I was in for a special stay. The standout feature of the Radisson Dixon was undoubtedly the spacious and immaculately clean rooms. The attention to detail in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness was evident throughout my entire stay. The beds and pillows were another aspect that truly stood out. The beds were not only luxurious but also provided exceptional support, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The pillows were thoughtfully chosen, striking the perfect balance between softness and support – a small detail that made a big difference in my overall sleep quality. Equally remarkable was the hotel staff's dedication to guest satisfaction. An incident involving a forgotten dress highlighted their exceptional service. Upon realizing that I had left my dress behind, I reached out to the hotel, and the staff's response was nothing short of extraordinary. They not only located the dress but also arranged for its safe shipment back to me. This level of care and dedication goes above and beyond what one would expect, making me feel valued and appreciated as a guest.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided a listing of charging stations for our EV rental. And they kept in touch throughout our stay via text checking in to make sure things were good. We didn't have the breakfast, though the coffee was great. Location was also great. Easy on/off freeway and next to a Walmart Supercenter for essentials.

Not much to dislike.

The staff is EXCEPTIONAL! Every staff member I encountered was so nice, helpful and committed to exceeding customer expectations. Sam, the hotel manager welcomed me and answered all of my questions before I arrived, and was available throughout my stay. The room is very spacious, clean and very accessible.

The bed was a bit too hard for a side sleeper like myself. Lots of pillows made it more comfortable!

The rate was great. It convenient to where I was going to be for several days. I’ve stayed there before and find it to be consistently of higher quality than the other hotels in the area. And the staff are always very nice and they were again this time

The pillows on the bed are these little square pillows rather than the rectangle pillows you usually say. They are just uncomfortable.

Staff went out of their way to work with my multiple reservations, adding and removing as necessary to cope with my changing needs. Breakfast was solid, could have served a bit later (on Sunday maybe!) but overall very convenient.

The location was a bit tricky - mostly just the entrance and exit, and the new driveway location with the fuel station, and Google shows a back exit where there is none. Also the pool was closed for the season on a beautiful day - would have been so nice to lounge there. We will need to come back.

Location is excellent as it close to freeways, has a Walmart and shopping complex nearby with options to eat/buy stuff as needed plus 2 petrol pumps nearby. Breakfast was delicious and providing water bottles complementary was a plus.

Room shape was a bit off but nothing too much to worry about.

I spent almost 4 weeks in the country bouncing from hotel to hotel. This was my last night and hands down not only one of the best places I stayed, but among the cheapest. And definitely incredible value for the dollars paid!

The only thing I can think of is that there was not coffee available in the lobby outside if breakfast service.
