The room was really clean and really close from the freeway. There was always someone to help you out.

I had some issues with locking the door through the inside and outside. Mechanism wouldn't close. The change of room should have come quicker, and the credit of the difference should have come from them automatically instead of me asking for it. Overall, owners had good customer service, and at the end, they changed the room , gave the $15 dollar difference from the double bed to the single bed and gave a little bit more credit for the trouble.

It was fairly late, last minute booking and the sheets were dirty and the room smelled like cigarettes. The room was small and overall sort of meet what I was looking for. Stains on the under sheet, small room and smell of cigarettes really was a turn away but overall it was a 8/10.

Smell of cigarettes, stained sheets and small room. For a price of $100 I would of expected a little comfortable, clean and lack of cigarette smell.

It was surprisingly very nice. I thought it would be run down and moldy but it was not the case. The bathroom was clean. For my last minute reservations it was the best place I could find for a good price. I would definitely stay here again and request a room closer to the lobby and not by the traffic.

The parking was limited and only one way in and out. The AC in room 102 was clanking all night. It didn’t really bother me cause I was very tired but it might be a problem for a light sleeper.

I was very skeptical of booking a room here because the pictures looked too good to be true for the price I paid. I booked on Christmas day and paid $97 which was a great deal. When I went to my room it was small but very clean. The cleaning lady's they hire are amazing at their job because there was no mold or grout in the restrooms or tub and the floors looked very shiny. Even the showerhead was shiny and had no build up whatsoever. The TV let me hook up my boyfriends playstation with no problem. The A/C worked too good because I was cold after 4 minutes of it being on. The rooms seem to be pretty sound proof and the shopping center is walking distance. Checking is was also a breeze and the deposit is only $50 which they do give back after checking for no damage. The beds are super comfortable and overall I had a peaceful stay here. No one entered my room in the morning for housekeeping which I really liked because they value privacy here.

There was a grasshopper in the bathroom and it scared my boyfriend but that was it. The only other thing is the parking but it's not a big deal breaker

Looks can be deceiving. It was very clean. Easy access to freeways about less than half a mile. The lady was helpful and cheerful, it maybe a family owned business. I felt safe. Will rebook for future need.

Staff was very kind and helpful. I had an issue with the TV and they came to the room to fix it. I would have liked more channels but over all I was happy.

Two things that kinda bothered me, one was the inconsiderate people and their car alarm chips. Parking was close to room so really hard to avoid and understandable. The other was the hand soap in the bathroom was not wrapped.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean.

There was a strong sewage smell coming from the drains on the last night of my stay.

It was very quiet, and very comfortable, Very clean, great beds.I was very pleased enjoyed the stay.

Everything was exceptional there the room was very nice and well cleaned. Most definitely will be going back. There was parking right in front of our room. Front desk was very friendly and quick to answer questions I had. Easy check in and check out.

Staff was great at check in and check out. I didn't have any issues during my stay. Room was very clean and quiet.

Everything met my expectations.
