The staff was very friendly and engaging. It was my birthday and they helped me celebrate with a card signed by the staff and breakfast and some delicious chocolate candy..The entire week was great. The facility was clean, quiet has a great location to nearby shopping and the interstate.

I didn't particularly care for the food. It can be improved with selection and taste.

Two beds room is spacious and the bedding was comfortable. the hot shower was the best i ever experienced . but the flow of the hot water from the faucet of lavabo was very poor.

my spouse remarked that the coffee pods in the room had much better taste than the coffee ordered in the cafeteria. I'm a tea drinker but there's no tea bags in the room.

Very nice personnel. Cleaning service was outstanding.

Relatively minor issues... I would make the restaurant area somehow (more) delimited from the reception area. The shower water sometimes is not hot enough for people enjoying hot showers.

The room is spacious and the staff are friendly. It is quiet, and not really noticed of the renovation noise.

The bed is quite lumpy.

Very comfortable room

There were rowdy groups of people in the hallways and the central courtyard who made noise well past midnight on Saturday night. Apparently teams of young teens were staying at the hotel and both the kids and chaperones were very disrespectful. Also the refrigerator has a ton of wasted space.

Property was clean and very quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy and quick check in. If we needed anything, the staff got it to us in minutes. Ample parking. Great location for driving & walking. Close to the freeway, food, grocery, a large park with a lagoon, etc. Beds were comfortable too. We traveled as a family of four & spent four nights. We had a first floor suite. On our trip we went to Redwood City, Belmont, Foster City, Burlingame, Pacifica, Halfmoon Bay & San Francisco (by pier 39)

we really like the property and it was in a great location easy to get to different places .

The only thing we didn’t like about the property is that and we were not informed as sheets were never changed in the three days that we stayed there.

The room and bathroom were large for a hotel, the bed was extremely comfortable, and I enjoyed all the Paul Mitchell toiletries. The indoor pool was great, and I loved the courtyard area with the firepit. Everyone was really friendly, and the hotel was nice and quiet. I did not hear my neighbors or anybody above us, at all! The location was great. It was only about 15 minutes from SFO airport, and 30 minutes from the San Francisco Zoo. I don't like staying in San Francisco, so this drive was okay for me. This hotel feels high-end without breaking the bank. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything better this hotel

Great location, easy access, and the room was exactly what I needed. Staff was helpful and made check in and out simple and straightforward. Bonus is there's a Starbucks just across the street.

I can't think of anything negative to say, everything was wonderful.
