Quick and easy check in and out. Theyve got a laundry mat available. The rooms were clean and i got a glimps of how the staff cleans their rooms. Deep cleaning and elbow grease.

The kids running around. I guess thats expected though when you have rooms with families and long term stays. Also, i booked a ground level room because i have an infant that i cant be carrying. That wasnt given as booked. I was booked upstairs. Even with an elevator the elevators are a good walk from where i stood.

The facility was clean and a very good value.

it had two burner stovetop plus a microwave. it has zero pots, pans, forks, knives, and spoons.

the location, amenity/kitchenette, AC is crisp cold, room was cleaner than my last time booking with them, I was on the 1st floor, parking (on the sides) has shade, good amount of outlets in room, good channels, front desk has great customer service, and it’s great value for the quality!

no cons at all this time. i see the progress & growth! glad to see changes. no issues with the room key this time either!

Staff friendly, area nice, good air conditioning....like the price, it makes the whole difference to get rates knowing I'm working and still not making it seem like I'm leaving my paycheck in Fresno....

Not much I didn't like, but seems like rate is creeping up but what I don't like even more is having to look for another rental if rates continue to go up ....

The Night Staff Did not verify a visitors room and opened our room by mistake At midnight.

Clean towels, sheets, refrigerator looked clean, over all nice and good area....

One, no screen on window, and some pesky insects I had to get rid of, 2, again seems like rates are climbing slightly and what I really don't like is having to hunt down another place to stay....

Easy access to shopping stores. Cheapest price in town..

Fridge was old and had roaches . Toilet in room broke down.. beds aren’t the cleanest but manageable. For the price is what you get

Convenience of a good deal. Nice having a full size fridge with a freezer because there are long term guests.

Extremely bare bones. Towels could be bigger. Too many guests smoke right at the entry of their rooms and ditch cigarette butts outside of their doors. Prior guest tagged the bottom of frame of a poster above the bed with a permanent marker with gang style scribble. Interior stairwells are a bit spooky. Guests immediately above my room were extremely noisy with heavy foot traffic and other noises.

The staff was very friendly. Our ac broke in the room and the young man came in and replaced it for us. Very kind and friendly. They didn’t just try to bandaid the ac not working they actually took the time to look at it and fix / replace it. They did it really fast too. We let them know it was making noises and blowing hot air and they were there in minutes. Excellent service

Guests smoking illegal drugs on floors above, stomping and running above us, room was clean but floors were dirty. Some guests were having domestic arguments right outside our door at midnight. Also for a room for two guests three pillows wasn’t enough especially since pillows were a little too soft and flat once they became unfluffed yet were stiff so you couldn’t fold it for extra support. WiFi wouldn’t connect to my computer just my phone. Really needed it set up to my laptop to work instead I had to use my hotspot on my phone to work.

All around one of the best places I've stayed in awhile
