My husband and I got transferred here and while we were waiting for our new home to be ready to move in we stayed a week here at Sequoia Inn. The stay was Amazing. Best hotel we’ve been to! The rooms are huge and spotless clean! The beds are super comfy. A big flat screen to watch t.v. Mini fridge kept our food and drinks nice and cold. The complimentary breakfast was Great! Every day it was available at 6am til around 9am. There was always hot breakfast of eggs, sausage and either biscuits and gravy or seasoned diced potatoes. As well as hot and cold cereal, fruit, bagels& cream cheese and an assortment of pastries. Assorted juices, milk and coffee! Yummmy! The dining area was very clean and organized. To top it all off Our front desk hostess MiMi was the Best! Mimi was so kind, polite and very pleasant. She always smiled and greeted us good morning. We even had to extend a couple days and Mimi was very helpful and understanding. Mimi definitely made our stay comfortable and welcoming. The housekeepers were great as well. Very nice and respectful of our belongings, and happily provided any room necessities we ran out of. Overall I give The Sequoia Inn a 10/10! We would definitely book a room here again!

Bed was really comfortable, as well as pillows.

The shower did not get hot - barely warm. Also, the tissue box had 4 tissues so it ran out almost immediately. Also, we were charged more than originally agreed. Rate was supposed to be $139 plus tax for a total of approximately $150. Was charged $150+ for a total of approximately $162.

I had made reservations at Sequoia Inn because the next day I had to be at the hospital super early for surgery. So it was a last minute thing. I really liked that it was walking distance to and from the hospital, the staff was fantastic and my daughter loved the free breakfast. Of course I couldn't enjoy it since I had surgery early the next day. The hotel was clean, the rooms were clean and was not over priced. It is also pet friendly. Thank you Sequoia Inn for being so sweet to our family! We will be back soon.

Breakfast area was clean. Hot & cold food choices, i.e. "instant" scrambled eggs, sausage patties, etc. were satisfactory. Hot coffee! Our king mattress was by far the nicest we've ever slept in at ANY hotel....... Property right across street from mall area, and had plenty of free parking. The elevator really made it easy to load & unload suitcases. Front office clerk was exceptionally polite & helpful. Large 55" T.V.!!

Large "older" bathroom has toilet & shower, but NO counter space to place items on, despite plenty of room for one - you must open bathroom door and cross the entryway to set things down. Be careful in the bath-tub shower combo, very slippery surface. Missing printed T.V. channel list, so you must search it manually.

I loved that the room smelled good, felt clean, and looked aesthetically nice without feeling fancy, especially for the price I paid. It was very quiet and felt more insulated than most hotels. The bed was very comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. The lobby also looked nice and had a more home-like feeling than most motels. It also smelled great (like a nice scented candle), which was one of the things I noticed first. I suppose that is the difference between a motel and an Inn.

I disliked the room door card key system at this Inn. I couldn't get it to work when I first tried to enter my room and had to go to the front desk to get it rekeyed and then it still didn't work until many tries. It eventually worked with the second card. I later went back to my car to get another bag and when I returned, it took even more tries and I almost gave up. It also didn't work on the front entrance door when I tried to reenter with my second bag. Most hotel card keys I've used lately are inserted into the key slot and rarely are a problem.

This Hotel is very nice. Grounds are well kept, plenty of good lighting. Rooms are large with plenty of walking space. Clean room smell. The breakfast was anssortment of Breads, Muffins,Toast and Begals.Breakfast drinks and eggs, sauage and potatoes. Eating area was very clean.

Housekeeping was using the vacuum cleaner at 7:45 a.m. to clean the carpet by our room.Then at 8:50 a.m. I went out to to put luggage in my car. We had not checked out yet. My wife was still in the room. Housekeeping DID NOT KNOCK or ANNOUNCE that they were comming in. We have been to many hotels and motels around the united states. This is the first time this has happened. The hotel stay gets a 10. Housekeeping gets a 2. Will give this hotel another try at some point. Until then review stays as is.(Front desk was made aware of this incedent)

We were pleasantly surprised with the Sequoia Inn. The elevator works! The room was nice, comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The pool was great. Breakfast exceeded my expectations- biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, cereal, fruit, yogurt and juices were all offered. Our sons ages 5 and 6 loved the pool. It is about an hour drive to Sequoia National Park, but you can’t beat the price. Also, walking distance to a mall, Walgreens and dozens of restaurants. The executive suite was perfect for our family, as the kids slept in the living room fold out bed, and we had a separate bedroom, with tv’s in both rooms. I would definitely stay here again!

The Inn was very quaint and great for a one night stay while heading to my destination. There was a lot of shopping just across the street which was awesome. The staff was all very nice.

There was a large parking lot for some medical offices across the street and they were power cleaning the lot a 5-6 am. Not the Inn's fault but it was the only annoying thing about the stay.

Close to mall, Walmart, and several places to eat within walking distance. Very roomy bathroom, comfortable beds, clean and overall great value

Water pressure in sink felt low. Hot and cold water settings were switched in the bathtub. Breakfast used to have more options. Now it's mostly coffee, juice, bagels, and toast.

Everyone's friendly And it was nice and clean and a good location just like I checked I liked that the hot tub was nice and hot

I don't like that my $100 deposit hasn't been pulled from my account yet. I stay at motels and I've always gotten my deposit back by now. I don't like that the Jets weren't working in the hot tub
