Cleaning staff took good care of me, the guy behand the front desk (sorry I did not get his name) was very helpful in getting me to and from the airport in the most economical way with advice about Uber vs taxi. He ordered my Uber on his phone and I paid him the cash, since I wasn't connected to the internet. That was most helpful. The room (recently remodeled, I was told) was very comfortable and met all of my needs. (I was in bad shape when I arrived from a long flight and jet lag).

The location was a bit rough; construction was going on. I wanted a real meal, more than fast food. I found a nice Afghan restaurant, got a hot meal and returned to the hotel to sleep off my jet lag. A list of restaurant options would be handy to have for customers.

Room was accessible and met our accommodations. We also liked the small microwave, fridge, ice machine and other amenities. It was very convenient. An available laundry bad would be convenient but the reception told me that a regular bag would be just fine but didn’t provide me with one. The mattress needs to be replaced. But overall, it was a nice stay.

The mattress was very worn out and uncomfortable, no laundry bag, no hot breakfast, no orange juice left. Machine wasn’t filled up. One of the rooms smelled bad. Carpet was dirty. One room had an odor.

The guy at the front desk was very nice and so kind, we arrived at 4 in the morning and he gave us a late check-out so we could get a bit more rest. The beds were very comfy as were the pillows.

The only problem I had is that our room smelled of lingering cigarette smoke,it smelled really bad, but I would stay here again, next time I'll just ask for a room that hasn't been previously smoked in.

Pool open longer. Longer more firm pillows or at least a few per bed for more options. Bigger towels. Our room seems like it needs a new door or some love there was a decent gap. Location was close to our event.

The room was really nice, and so was the staff. The breakfast was also convenient.

The area was a little sketchy, and the parking also wasn't the best.

Great value. The room is decent for what it is. We had read reviews about bed bugs and were kind of terrified going in, but we were pleasantly surprised. Obviously it's not a four-star hotel, but nothing seemed super gross or anything. The beds were comfy, the TV worked, the bathroom was clean/functional. Staff was friendly.

It's not a rough area or anything, but there's not much to do within walking distance. There's nothing interesting in the immediate vicinity other than Randy's Donuts -- you're pretty much surrounded by gas stations and too far from the attractions in the city to walk, so you'll need to rent a car or Uber all over the place.
