So beautiful and refreshing. the atrium was a dream. The staff was very pleasant and patient. The breakfast was wonderful!

The sofa and chair and some section of the carpet in our room were soiled. it was very expensive for parking, one night was $30 and they charged what the call a suite tax on top of our regular fees and taxes.

Registering, Happy Hour went well. Cooked breakfast was out of the question...line to long. Breakfast hour should be extended to 9:30 am...it was rushed.. Parking was expensive and hard to get back to the lobby Internet was not the greatest

Breakfast is good, but you need to have time to wait in line for the cook to order breakfast. If you don't wait, it is just a classical breakfast. We liked the drinks after 5pm.

There was a terrible noise in our room, like an engine starting and stopping all the time.

very clean and welcoming. Parking was easy but a bit pricy.

The bathroom shower bottom part leaked a little and some of the rings holding the curtains are very rusted. AC did not cool the room in a consistent manner would get cold for a bit then warm up quickly.

Loved the lobby and breakfast. Happy hour and snacks were great too. The bedroom was comfy.

Wished there was a hot tub, but mostly we were not happy to find out that parking was $33 a day. Our bill ended up being an extra $66

I do believe the AC was not working. Therefore, the room was muggy and made sleeping a little uncomfortable. I shouldn’t have been charged the full price.

Easy checkin. Nice staff. Good response to request for maintenance in the room.

Some of the furniture is a little old. Lack of cushions on the couch. The garage is actually a bit far from the lobby.

I liked the breakfast due to the many options and the making of fresh omelets. I also enjoyed the complimentary happy hour drinks.

I don’t like the parking fees

I like the setup for the omlet readiness and easy self serve breakfast choices. Very well prepared.

The additional parking fee got me by surprise. As high end as Embassy Suites is, I thought parking was included with stay. I paid 30$ for 1 night parking, I was only staying 1 night. If I was staying more than a few days I can understand paying for parking. But 1 night, that should have been included.

Beautiful hotel. Even the children commented. Easy to navigate.

Parking. Surprised that hotel parking was full upon return from event. Never had this happen before. Glad that space was available next door at a price. Hope the hotel removed my parking fee since I had to pay in two locations.
