Stayed at 3 hotels this visit. Friendly staff, nice room with fridge and microwave. Breakfast was standard affair and filling, kids were happy with waffles! We were happy with the fresh fruit. Pretty cool to have a foosball table available. Nice covered parking sections.

Please switch to Uncoated paper plates/bowls- plain thick paper (almost looks like cardboard) material. The current ones have a mystery shiny chemical coating on them. Appreciate cinnamon shaker at breakfast.

Everything EXCEPT the ridiculous dog cleaning fee!

Ridiculously high dog cleaning fee! Our dogs stay inside their crates except when we take them outside for bowel/bladder needs. They feed on tiled floor. We have had our dogs with us on 14,000 mile journey across the country and have NEVER paid that high a fee, ever.

The staff and manager were very accommodating to our needs. We were arriving late at night and they allowed a late check-in. We had children traveling with us and they allowed a later check out so that we could attend our training conference. The staff was very nice. Check out was seamless and receipts were delivered to our email. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were spotless. The breakfast was excellent. The coffee was replenished regularly. The manager bid us goodbye personally up our checking out. A very positive and pleasing experience all the way around!

Their daily breakfast buffet had a nice selection. The beds were nice and comfortable.

I would've like to have been able to sleep in a bit longer, 10 maybe? Housekeeping started too early. The walls also seemed thin because we could hear our next door neighbor conversations. I was also charged "hidden" fees,so I'm planning to call the hotel directly.

We come once a year at Christmas for shopping and stay here. It is quiet, clean and the staff is so nice. The breakfast has alittle of everything a person would want. Thank you Livermore Hampton Inn for making our stay great.

It was great

The best Hampton Inn we have ever stayed in. Immaculately presented inside and out. Amazing manicured gardens and enormous rose gardens. The staff were friendly and helpful. We don’t give out ‘tens’ easily, but this one deserves it.

Very comfortable bed, instant hot water, good breakfast. The hotel had everything one needs for a short stay.

Strangely, the coffee machine was on a shelf on the floor. The room was rather dull and uninspiring. Nothing to please the eye.

The room is big, clean and quiet. Breakfast is good for variety and taste. The location of hotel is wonderful.

Property was clean. The Browns were very well kept.

They put us by the pool, which was a bit noisy but after 11 o’clock at night, it kind of calm down just a bit but next to the pool is not

The breakfast and the location was good. The property had ample parking slots and was just off the highway. The staff were polite and helpful.

Some way to provide good drinking water in the room would have been great. The walk to the restaurant area to fetch water was not great on a wintry day. Could you look at providing water fountains near the ICE stations in every floor.
