Didn't like -Breakfast - scrambled eggs were fine, but would have liked potatoes rather than french toast strips with them. The " fried egg" look alike was rubbery and not very tasty. Would have liked a choice of bacon rather than just sausage. Food area was kept clean. Driveway onto the street too steep, even if going slowly. A plastic covering attached to bumper and under the engine was knocked loose.

I did like that my room was very clean, large and away from noisy areas as requested. Staff were all nice and helpful. The pool was clean and did not seem to have the smell of strong chemicals in it.

We had a great experience staying in this hotel for three nights and the hotel exceeded our expectations big times! It was our favorite hotel during our US trip. The staff, especially Mark at the reception, were amazingly helpful and friendly. It has a good location if you are planning to visit Disneyland or explore the surrounding area. Easy access (30-40 min drive) to the LAX airport. The pool with a heated jacuzzi is a nice thing to have to relax after a long journey. Great value for money, good American breakfast, and free parking on the top of everything.

convenient to our son we were visiting. The beds were very comfy. Room was clean.

the parking is absolutely horrendous. the stalls are few and very hard to get in and out of. It can take a 4 point turn to get into a space. The bathroom vanities are very small. No place to put your toiletries.

The suites were very spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is always amazing at any best Western hotel. The staff was very friendly and professional. Great area too!

Only problem was the parking was a bit tight. Also the pool closed at 9pm, maybe leave it open till 1030 for those coming in late and wanting to soak in the hot tub.

The mini waters and fruit at the desk at check-in were nice. The coffee maker, mini fridge, and microwave in the room were appreciated. We liked the bedside lamp with many outlets and charging ports.

We stayed on the second floor and could hear the people above us walking around. The walls between rooms are pretty thin, so we could hear our neighbor's TV.

I liked the hotel very much, its a bit dated(carpet) but clean and quiet, very important! Check in was great,free parking and close to lots of restaurants. Best Western hotels always are a good choice.

It was really good.

Good room layout, breakfast was included and produced a variety which was surprising. Staff was super duper helpful and nice. We had one room that had a small issue, however as soon we talked to one of the staff members they instantly changed us for a different room, without any hassle. Really nice room, would stay again!!

From check in to check out it was awesome The breakfast is really good. It is also close to Seal Beach which is a very nice beach if you book here it is a good spot to check out. We will definitely book here again when we go back to Cali.

Everything was good nothing bad to say at all

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Nothing bad about the hotel, it's great. But it's not in the best of locations. So you'll need to do some driving around to get to places.

Just ONE regular Bulb that is incandescent in the Work Area for doing work without feeling like its work and in a cube lit by florescent light.
