Modern. Swanky/trendy. Younger crowd don’t recall seeing any kids in the hotel or pool. New. Big rooms. Great robes. Great common areas like rooftop and the pool. Great restaurant on the lobby floor. Great lobby bar area. Staff was very hospitable and helpful. Great location.
The room furnishings weren’t as cozy or luxurious . Minimalism is the aesthetic but compromised on comfort/quality. Almost felt like IKEA furniture and bed not as luxurious/comfortable as say Four Seasons. Towels were cheap. Room service options limited.

Pros: Modern setting and ambiance, rooftop pool, friendly staff, excellent restaurant (their milk bread and onion rings are world-class), great location, clean and comfortable. Props to Edward, Ardor's general manager.
Cons: Can get busy/loud at times, particularly in the evenings. The air conditioning noise can be annoying (it sounds as if the toilet's tank is being filled).

when we first arrived they treated us very good and they were so welcoming we really loved our stay and we definitely are going to book with them again and we will recommend it.
the isolation is not that good we heard the noises from next room like there were with us. other than that the hotel was the best and we loved everything about it

basic housekeeping services were terrible- waited 4 hours to get a printed copy of room service menu. Called housekeeping for service to clean room, hung sign on door & they never came. Even though speaking to the staff 8' from the door.

Stunning interiors and an amazing scent is what hits you when you first walk in, the check-in is breezy; staff are incredibly friendly and courteous, valet parking is easy and fast. Rooms are chic and minimal, but entirely cosy. The entire property is a cultural hotspot - perfect to experience fashionable LA vibes.

the receptionist Charlie, was excellent - gentle and very helpful. He made our day choosing the suitable room. Staff at the pool was very kind as well. and we enjoyed the view from the room and roof top pool very much!

Hip, chic, centrally located, brand new building. Good restaurant and great rooftop bar and pool. Great for meeting people.
The rooms lacked a depth to the luxury...minimalist to a fault perhaps...Furniture didn't feel luxurious or substantial the way Four Seasons does for example.

We had a Covid scare and the hotel didn’t have any rapid tests available, they made us go and get one at 4am in the morning ourselves.
