We enjoyed the selections for the in room breakfast. Staff was very friendly and responsive . Location was excellent, near good restaurants, shopping and museums

The only suggestion we had is to put a hook on the back of the bathroom door. There is no place to hang things when in the shower.

Very neat little hotel in a quiet residential neighborhood very close to most everything in Beverly Hills. Walking distance to the Sabanne and several other attractions. The staff was helpful. Room was large and clean.

I only have one bit of constructive feedback. I left my ring in the room, the staff did not respond very quickly to emails. Despite that, they were really helpful and carefully verified that they had the ring before I made the 2hr drive to get it.

this is a budget hotel. having said that, it's a great budget hotel. room was large. bed was comfie. staff, especially the front desk staff, was one of the most helpful and efficient people I've met I the last five years. It was clean, though the smell of the cleaning supplies was way strong and horrible, but it eventually dissipated. I appreciated the bagged breakfast brought to the room ( banana, yogurt, packaged muffins and stuff) and there were adequate towels and room supplies. we were on the first floor so there were bars outside our window, which might not appeal to some, but we felt safe and like being able to keep the windows open. The location is fantastic. Street parking was easy to find before 6:00. We used the $150 ish a night savings we'd have spent on a fancier hotel to eat, taxi, and see the town.

It is good for what it is. Motel-style in the middle of LA, it's surprisingly decent and a good choice for a few days. It looks a lot more run down from the outside than it actually is. I didn't have high expectations, but honestly, the rooms are massive, the bed is comfortable, they bring each guest a very generous breakfast bag every morning (what a lovely touch!), and the location is in walking distance to Fairfax/The Grove/LACMA/WeHo etc in a quiet, residential neighborhood. I legitimately can't fault this as long as it's clear that what you're getting is not a luxury resort, but a simple motel/hotel perfectly suitable for a couple of days.

It's exactly what it is trying to be and I have no complaints. Only minor thing was that I only had tepid water, but not really hot one (I didn't alert to this so I can't fault anyon and maybe it would have been a simple fix)

The room was very nice, comfortable and quiet. The layout is very good and I liked the design. The bed was comfortable and the A/C worked well. The location offers easy access to several museums and the hotel provides a guest parking pass. The manager was very considerate and made us aware of the street cleaning schedule. That would have been a big ticket. Breakfast was delivered to the room and I loved the fruit and Joghurt. The nice biscottis helped enhancing my afternoon latte. Very thoughtful care package. All around a delightful stay with very nice restaurants close by (Uovo, Handroll bar).

Staff was very friendly. A bag with breakfast was at my door at 7:30am. It had a variety of things to eat in it, yogurt, cookies, muffin, and a banana. The location was great for the Urban Lights exbibit.

Parking was a pain. Had to move my car to the other side of the street the next morning after arriving. Had to park two blocks away to find a spot on the correct side of the road. My coffee maker had a burnt power plug. They did not have a replacement.

Stunning location (obviously)! The hotel is cosy, clean and aesthetically pleasant. Large, comfortable bed. Very good Wifi.

The shower pressure was very poor. The mini fridge was unfortunately very noisy, so we’ve had to turn it off at night. The heater/chiller also noisy. The door handle was flimsy, and borderline broken. Please, sort these out and you’ll easily pass as at least 9/10.

Front desk was very nice and patiently answered our questions and concerns.

I did not like how there was not an extra lock on the inside of room just an old door guard. I understand hotel is like an old home but I felt like I needed more security. I would definitely stay here again but I’ll request top floor because the foot steps get loud when you’re on the bottom floor.

This is actually the second review I have sent the hotel, however, I 'll write what I still remember. The room was nice and large and the shower water was hot and plentiful with a good shower head. We chose this hotel because we were seeing the Academy Motion Picture Museum, close by, and several sights the next day. So it was convenient. A friendly lady brought us two bags for breakfast, mostly with rolls and bars. We don't drink coffee so we had nothing like juice or tea.

The front desk gentleman was pretty morose and not at all welcoming when we arrived. He did provide us with a parking sticker but made no mention of the breakfast. I asked later. We did have our choice of 1st or 2nd floor and we took the 2nd floor so we didn't have people above us being noisy. And the room we had was very quiet--we appreciated that. There was a limited choice for a hot drink. Only coffee, which we don't drink--no herbal tea bags which we do drink.

Great location, cute neighbourhood and short walk to amenities. Maid was amazing always had a fresh bed to come home to. They leave a bag of goodies at breakfast time outside the too which was nice touch. Room had iron, fridge and coffee machine.

Arrived late at night and couldn’t shower because the towels weren’t clean. Completely rectified we asked for fresh towels in the morning and we had fresh towels for everyday we were in the room.
