The property itself was great it’s clean and conveniently located by stores and shopping

The price for the rooms are descent the only pr is, is that once you check out they charge you an extra $11.60 per night that they don’t tell you about when to book it’s not included in you cost of your stay so for.. (example you book for 2 night stay and your cost is $292 they will charge you an extra $23.20 making your total cost $315.20 ) I think they need to include that special cost that they call a “protection fee”in when you book/reserve you room

Nice clean place with good location.

I didn’t like that upon checking in they required a $300 CASH deposit. Nowhere did it say that upon booking. They wouldn’t let us check in otherwise. I also witnessed two other guest checking in and they didn’t have to make that deposit.

It was close to everything. Shopping, food, grocery shopping, and Dutch bros was literally across the street and Dennys was in the same parking lot. It was quiet and peacefull.

The rooms don't have a refrigerator or a microwave or coffee pot like most hotel rooms. So the option to make a bag of popcorn or heat up our soup wasn't available to us. Although the staff said she would heat up our soup In the back I didn't really feel comfortable with that. If I had a refrigerator in there I could bought a gallon of water which wasn't an option to keep anything cold to drink. We were there 2 days so the refrigerator would have been nice.

All of it. My room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and happy. This shows me, it's a good place to be. And Breakfast was wonderful! I also, really like the shampoo, conditioner and body soap is already hung in the shower. Great idea!

I forgot my shower cap. Wish there would have been one of the cheap ones in the bathroom. And it would have been nice to have a coffee pot in the room. I had to get dressed and out a bit sooner than I wanted to go get a cup of coffee. But it was not a deal breaker. Everything was great.

Great location, located on Mchenry with plenty of malls and food options up the road. Spacious rooms and newly renovated, the beds were super comfy! Breakfast offered is actually fantastic in comparison to other continental breakfasts I’ve had! The staff were all super helpful from the moment we checked in to check out.

Only downside was that there wasn’t a mini fridge in the room to store drinks.

There was no breakfast. I was told it was only for buses. Not an issue with me but could be with others

Need table in bathroom to set things on Strictly personal but the fan in bathroom is REALLY loud Other than those two items I think the room for the price was great I was there because I needed ito be closer to my sister at Modesto memorial hospital. Definitely met my needs

The free breakfast was great, but ran out of a lot of basic items, like ketchup, butter, coffee during our stay

I witnessed racist behavior from the staff while I was there. While getting breakfast (I am a white, middle-aged male) I saw a Hispanic gentleman with tattoos who I had seen come out of the room next to mine confronted by the desk manager on staff in the mornings. She wanted to see his room key. I spoke up and saw him come out of the room next to mine, and she let it pass. She never asked to see my room key.

Completely new, clean, spacy, quite accommodation on the way to/from Yosemite. Easy to find. Breakfast option available.

Breakfast: Using one-time, mostly plastic plates, knives, forks is distatesful and ecologically wrong. Overall breakfast quality is low. Fridge in the rooms is desparately missing, why?

The staff was great, especially the breakfast crew.

There was a guy blowing leaves our first morning. We needed to sleep in a little, but this guy stood at our door blowing leaves for about 20 min. I opened the door three time to ask him to move. He did nothing, except to continue bleeding leave.

It was a great location

We loved the breakfast only thing was alot of outside people came in to eat for free one homeless guy came and touched everything, cups plates and got a free breakfast I don't mind but dont touch everything with dirty hands orher than that it was ok
