I stayed 4 days,never any problems,this place is so close to all restaurants,Metro Line,Santa Anita Racetrack which I walk it,also walked to Santa Anita Golf course,every morning breakfast was great lots to pick from&even took a few extra in case was hungry in evening before bed.The freeway 210 is next door but hardly heard any noise.Had a nice big fridge which kept all my things in.I would stay here again if I come back due to location being everything is walkable.Also the price was great.Has a pool&hot tub with lounging chairs to suntan &relax.

Just my sink was slow to empty.

Comfy bed with lots of pillows, awesome staff, free breakfast, big room, excellent location, working ice machine, reasonably priced vending machines fully stocked, working AC, quiet and an absolute gem. Convenient, free and well-lit parking lot and elevator. I can't understand why Oak Tree Inn isn't rated higher number of stars online. I definitely will be recommending this Oak Tree Inn to others and stay here on my next trip!

Friendly day staff, quickly changed our room when we found ants, good price, breakfast included. Good location, quiet. Pool was clean and maintained.

Night staff was pretty grumpy with us one night when we asked about purchasing an ice cream. One mattress in the room was older and noisy. First room had an ant problem in the bathroom.

Spacious room. Can't argue about cheap price. Standard hotel with basics. Quiet building. Staff A+. Easy and plenty of parking.

The room was non-smoking, and it was super disgusting stinky. Hair dryer was not working. Pillows could be replaced for better ones. These were all flat. Noticed hairs on toilet seat, yuck. I cleaned and disinfected. They should take more time to clean. The smoke smell was the worse.

Clean good neighborhood felt safe

The manager very quiet no emotion weird I called front desk with my own phone and when I explain the room phone wasn’t working he immediately said I had just called and hung up on him and i said excuse me no I didn’t because the room phone has no dial tone and the wiring was showing like it’s been pulled out.

Stayed 2nights room 302...who ever was in room next to me played music too loud till 1:00AM, I WAS JUST GOING TO LEAVE AFTER 1DAY AND TAKE THE LOSS...BUT THE DESK TOLD ME THAT THAT ROOM WAS CHECKING OUT AT 1:PM NEXT DAY

This is our regular destination when we're in Monrovia. Pleasant staff, clean comfortable room. Close to entertainment and freeways. Plenty of places to eat with so many choices. Great value. This will aways be our go to Hotel when in Monrovia.

Check in time could be earlier, although they've always accommodated us when we we arrived earlier.

Paola at the front desk was not only professional she was very accommodating n fast, the girl 9n the lobby in the am was also a pleasant asset to the property warming up a Lil bit of food I needed to have before I took my medication kudos to you ladies

The location, close to the cities where our family lives. Very convenient.

The only thing is the parking spaces, many are for small (compact) cars but they are manageable, so there is no big problem for that.

Staff were very accommodating. Great value for what you get! Rooms were very clean, and the beds were ultra comfortable. I’ve stayed here June, July, Sept, October, Nov and Dec, which is an indicator how much I enjoy staying here.

Can’t say that there is anything I dislike about the property.
